Like throwing forward, stretch your arms, elbows, and legs straight at the hips, lower your body weight, and sit down on your buttocks. The ischial tuberosities, hips, thighs, and buttocks all strike the seat cushion sharply together. Moreover, maintaining the upright posture of the body without losing it is the stretching and lowering. Thus, what is known as the five great landings, when there is leisure, each breath should be matched with one of the great landings as much as possible. When contracting, complete all the actions in one breath, and do the "Ha" shaking and so on as before. The key point of visualization is: Because these belong to one section, visualize yourself as a golden Ḍākinī holding a curved knife and skull cup, with the three channels and four chakras clearly appearing. From the fierce woman (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: tummo, Sanskrit Romanization: tummo, Literal Chinese meaning: fierce woman) of the Gathering Sutra, radiate sharp light like mustard seeds. Invite the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, or the immeasurable assembly of heroes and yoginis. They dissolve into your body. Through this power, the entire body, inside and out, becomes a mountain of wisdom fire and an army of flames. Again, the inconceivable Bodhisattvas, heroes, and heroines dissolve into your body, and the fire blazes even more intensely. The entire three thousand worlds become a single great heap of fire, and focus single-mindedly on the samādhi of fire. In addition, although each great landing has its own visualization, in this practice, this one visualization covers all the great landings. The method of dispelling obstacles is: The body posture is the vajra posture, with both hands in fists tucked at the base of the thighs. Holding the breath, first look sharply at the front once. Keeping the body posture straight, turn the face to the right, and look with the eyes at the upper right shoulder. Similarly, look to the left. Then look to the right and say "Ha". Again, look to the right once, and to the left once. Again, look to the right and left once each, and say one "Ha" each time. Release the vajra posture, raise both hands in the vajra single point mudra into the sky, and look with the eyes at the sky. Establish the mind's posture. In between, say one "Ha" with each landing. Combine the actions of forcefully striking the chest with the vajra single point mudra, and do it three, seven, eight times, etc. The key point of visualization is: When first looking forward, visualize a large green "Ha" syllable in front. When looking to the left and right, visualize a green "Ha" syllable smaller than that one above each of the two shoulders. Then, while saying "Ha", look to the right

From beginningless time, the accumulated karmic obscurations and habitual tendencies of the body, all the obstacles, hindrances, and interferences of the channels, black and thick, dissolve into the "Ha" on the right. When looking to the left, the negative karmic results to be experienced in the future, along with habitual tendencies. The karmic obscurations of speech, wind obstacles, and interferences all dissolve into the "Ha" on the left. Meditate on this repeatedly. Finally, when descending in the middle, the wind moves from the tummo of the Guhyasamaja. The habitual tendencies of the alaya, the sins accumulated in this life, in short, along with dualistic clinging and conceptualization. From the single taste, the wind leaks out, all the obstacles and interferences in meditating on the bindus of flesh and blood of the body are carried away by the whirlwind, expelled from the nine sense doors and pores. The appearance of the exhaled air is blackish, dissolving into the "Ha" in front, like a magnet attracting iron filings. The "Ha" above the two shoulders also dissolves into the "Ha" in front. Again, all the obscurations and slightest stains of the three doors are burned by the tummo fire, and the aggregates of fruition are purified like a snake shedding its skin. The form of the yidam deity is like a rainbow, indivisible from clarity and emptiness. The sound of the Ah Hum mantra is like a spontaneously accomplished waterfall, empty of sound. The wisdom of bliss and emptiness, the union of two truths, uncompounded, not falling into the bias of grasping and being grasped, whatever arises is vast as great wisdom, maintain this own nature. The subsequent order is the body posture of vajra posture, holding the breath. Like the preliminary channel cleansing, beat the chest, armpits, etc., three times each, and release the vajra posture after each. In the mind posture, fists placed on the knees, knees and chest must touch, three times to the right, three times to the left, then release the breath. This does not require foot rubbing etc. as before. The example notebook mentions one method of dispelling obstacles, and the Jangpa Tulku's subsequent ritual, briefly practicing the five branches, saying it once. Both of these have some errors and omissions, which seem to mislead subsequent learners. The key point of the visualization is not to separate from the above practice of dispelling obstacles, the tummo fire below the navel spreads from the central channel to all the branch channels, visualizing all the limbs as warm, soft, and light, liberated from the obstacles and confusions of the channel winds. The final auspiciousness is: body posture of vajra posture, holding the breath, pos
