The six trul khor of the root tantra are the trul khor of bindu, namely: two trul khor for holding bindu, two trul khor for drawing bindu, and two trul khor for spreading bindu, totaling six. First, the two trul khor for holding bindu. The first is the lion playing: the body posture is vajra posture, the breath is naturally relaxed, inhale and contract the anus. The left leg is bent and placed below, the right leg is placed above, the hands are crossed, the right hand is outside, and the left hand is inside. The left hand holds the right ankle, and the right hand grabs the knee. The upper body and head are stretched to the right, and perform the Ha breathing. After staring at the void three times, place the right leg below and the left leg in front. Cross the hands inside and out, the left hand grabs the knee, the right hand holds the ankle, and perform the Ha breathing to the left as before for three times, then relax and perform the Ha exhalation. The key point of visualization is: from the Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable at the crown of the head, descend the white bodhicitta, visualize the secret place full of bliss, and visualize the orifice of the secret place blocked by the yellow Phat (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪) syllable. Draw upwards and merge into the Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable at the crown of the head, then release downwards, alternating in this way, and finally gather at the crown of the head. The second is the tigress vomiting: the body posture is naturally relaxed, vajra posture, the backs of the hands are placed behind the knees, the fingers of the palms are propped on the ground, the upper body is straightened and tightened forcefully, the eyes are protruding, and the hips are raised. With the sound of three Ha syllables, perform vomiting-like breathing, bending forward three times, then perform the Ha exhalation, and undo the vajra posture. The key point of visualization is: with the first breath, visualize the heat of tummo pervading the four chakras, with the second, visualize the nectar descending from the Hum (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable at the crown of the head filling the four chakras, generating bliss, and with the third, visualize the unbearable bliss and warmth pervading the inside and outside of the body. The second is the two trul khor for drawing bindu. The first is the elephant stretching: the body posture is vajra posture, hold the breath. Undo the vajra posture and stretch the four limbs forward. With the palms facing up, lift up from the knees while standing up. When the hands reach the chest, squeeze the armpits, separate the legs by about a span, and then bend down. The left fist is below, the right fist is above, and

Posture: Straighten elbows and hips, lean the body slightly forward, bend the head slightly, and when guiding upwards to the left, right, and center, the head faces upwards. The eyes look towards the sky. When bending downwards, bend the head slightly, and after guiding upwards three times, the face faces upwards. The eyes stare intensely at the sky, while the buttocks and heels, as well as the four parts of the hand heels, land on the ground at the same time. Extend upwards, with toes and fingers pointing upwards, extend and bend three times in this way, then guide as before, etc., for a total of three times, then perform three large releases and exhale with a "Ha" sound. The key point of visualization is: at the upper end of the central channel, at the crown of the head, a white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ), with the head pointing upwards, is blocked by a yellow ཡི་ (Tibetan: ཡི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ई, Sanskrit Romanization: ī, literal Chinese meaning: ). In the Great Bliss Wheel, the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable, head pointing downwards, at the navel, the essence of Tummo is the red ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable, hot and burning, head pointing upwards. The light of ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) causes the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable of the Great Bliss Wheel to descend like a bird flying. Upon reaching the throat, the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable at the navel gradually rises, and when it reaches the lower part of the heart, the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable returns to its original position. The ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable also descends, visualizing the whole body filled with joy and warmth. From below the navel, block the central channel with one eye and meditate on looking upwards. Second is the frog-like contraction: Body posture in Vajra posture, hold the breath. Release the Vajra posture and extend the legs forward. Hold both hands in fists upwards, measuring upwards at the knees. When reaching the chest, bend downwards along with the armpit clapping, while separating the legs by about a span. Extend both hands downwards from inside the thighs, from the hips. Clamp from the outside with two heel strikes. Firmly grasp the two big toes of the feet with the two index fingers of the hands, and with the force of full air, fill and guide to the left, right, and center, i.e., stretch and bend. The upper body jumps and trembles like a bird three times. Make the arms, legs, and thighs produce cracking sounds. Again, fill and guide left, right, and center three times, jump and tremble three times. Again, right, left, and center three times, jump and tremble three times, and finally perform three large releases. Exhale, making a "Ha" sound. When stretching and bending the upper body, when bending downwards, bend the head between the two thighs, and when stretching upwards, look upwards at the sky with the eyes turned upwards. The key point of visualization is: awareness relaxed, the three channels clear, the upper end of the central channel is a blue ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ) syllable.
