The root chakra on the back of the master copy, the shape of the E (Tibetan: ཨེ་) character is triangular, and the Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ) character is round. ༈. On the first day of the sixth lunar month, the ocean is the abdomen, and Mount Meru is the spine, which is a term indicating the connection between the abdomen and the spine. ༈. In the fourth line, the mouth of the Rakshasa is the lower gate, the anus. ༈. At this time, there are seven classifications of vase breathing: small vase breathing, 1; medium vase breathing, 2; large vase breathing, 3; upper vase breathing, 4; lower vase breathing, 5; middle vase breathing, 6; outer vase breathing, 7. The first is, pulling the lower air upwards, pressing the upper air downwards, and contemplating the small vase breathing of the wind Ghau box combination at the junction of the three channels. Combining the navel chakra to the heart chakra is medium vase breathing. Note: Doing the Ghau box combination is medium vase breathing. Doing the Ghau box combination below the throat chakra is large vase breathing. Holding the lower air and releasing the upper air is lower vase breathing. Holding the upper air and releasing the lower air is upper vase breathing. Releasing both the upper and lower air and tightening and holding in the middle is middle vase breathing. Not grasping the air inward, but grasping it outward is outer vase breathing. These should be coordinated according to one's own wisdom and timing. ༈. The key to grasping the air inward from the nostrils to the distance of sixteen fingers and contemplating its disappearance at that size when exhaling is: the earth wind possessing the five qualities flows downward from the nose to between twelve fingers due to sinking. Then the water wind is thirteen fingers, the fire wind is fourteen fingers, the wind of wind is fifteen fingers, and the space wind is between sixteen fingers, each decreasing one quality, and rising and flowing upward due to lightness. This is the view of the Kalachakra, which is different from what is said in the Guhyasamaja. ༈. Regarding the methods of dissolution during the four wind yogas, Gyalwang Chokyi Drakpa Gyatso (རྒྱལ་དབང་ཆོས་གྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོ, 1454-1506) said three types: outer dissolution, 1; inner dissolution, 2; dissolution in the realm of suchness, 3. The first, the contemplation of dissolving outward from the pores of the hair is the view of the prose of Naropa's instructions. The second, inner dissolution is the dissolution from the two channels of Rasanā and Lalanā into the central channel, which is the focus of the Kagyu practice. The third, dissolving in the realm of reality is the key point of the inseparability of wind and mind. ༈. On the first line of the back of the fifth page, the inside of the central channel is empty.

Focus the mind and abide in that state. Je Shyapa Dorje said, "The lower part restrains the cycle of existence, gathering the essence of the lower gate." He also said, "The conflict between samsara and nirvana, whose victory lies four fingers below the navel." Thus, at this time, it is crucial to control the downward flow. Forcefully pull and press the lower gate to the right. 1. Similarly to the left. 2. Forward. 3. Backward. 4. Tightly bind and press to the center. 5. This is said to be the essence of the five pressings. At the beginning of vase breathing, one should perform Vajra recitation. Without distraction from the three syllables, strive diligently day and night. As it is said, this represents the oral instructions of Je Marpa, and in the Drukpa Kagyu tradition, there are various types of visualizations such as training the channels, blessing the channel places, etc. However, only the nectar essence is pure, like the emptiness of the heavenly realm. Having gained stability in the meditation sequence of abiding in the channels, inhale and fill the moving wind. 1. Press down in one's own place. 2. Shoot out like an arrow, there is no other method than these three. 3. In general, regarding this, although there are many different sections and naming methods, the practice of emptiness is the practice of the illusory body, the practice of channels is laying the foundation for those with lineage, the practice of wind is training the movement of the three secrets, and the practice of bindu is transforming like the dance of the moon in water, as said by Realized Dakini Wangpo. The visualization of the arising and dissolving of the bindu extending from the upper end of the central channel to the space between the eyebrows is as it appears in the teachings of Je Dagpo Rinpoche and Düsum Khyenpa. Regarding this, in the notes of Drung Kunga Namgyal, it is recorded that on the bone between the eyebrows, there is a triangular white dharma origin, and within it, there is a white and shimmering bindu of mingled wind and mind, oily and round, the size of a bean. Focus awareness on this, and without being noticed, gently hold the breath, meditating for three, five, or seven nights, etc., six sessions each day. By meditating in this way, the bindu will move, or pulsate, or one will feel as if one can touch it with one's hand. After it becomes clear in this way, visualize it remaining like ashes at the crown aperture. Then, visualize it entering with the sound of དྷཱུ་ཏི (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏི, Devanagari: धूति, Romanized Sanskrit: dhūti, Literal Chinese meaning: shaking), comfortably reaching the tip of the secret vajra jewel. Again, visualize the bindu passing through the central channel, reaching the crown aperture and the space between the eyebrows.
