Like me, to introduce wind into clear light, the instruction is to grasp the gentle wind and rest in the state of Mahamudra. Second, the eight dharmas of the illusory body, attachment and aversion are self-liberated. Generally speaking, all external appearances are exemplary illusory bodies, one's own body is the internal illusory body, and the absence of inherent existence in appearances is the meaning illusory body. Accordingly, those of superior faculties take external appearances as the path of illusion. Those of intermediate faculties know and realize that their own illusory body is like an illusion. Those of inferior faculties take clear and empty awareness as the path, like the moon in water. Those of superior faculties, the three of body, appearance, and mind, become one taste in the state of illusory body appearance without inherent existence. On the last line of the upper half of page nine, "Think like this in all post-meditation states," means that when the eye sees a form, from the moment it appears as a form, the form itself is empty of its own nature, so the form appearance is empty, like an illusion. When the ear hears a sound, from the moment it sounds as a sound, the sound itself is empty of its own nature, so the sound appearance is empty, like an illusion. When thoughts arise in the mind, from the moment they appear as thoughts, they themselves are empty of their own nature, so the mind is clear and empty like an illusion, think repeatedly in the mind, and recite constantly in the mouth. Even in behavior and sleep, one should cultivate and familiarize oneself with the habitual tendencies, which is a very important foundation. On the sixth line of the upper half of page ten, the three solitudes refer to the yoga of the three vajras: body solitude is body vajra, speech solitude is speech vajra, and mind solitude is mind vajra. The gross three doors are temporary, like the heat of water. The subtle three doors are innate, like the moisture of water, which is the basis for the practice of the illusory body. Therefore, by resting without alteration, the winds enter the central channel, and the three, entering, abiding, and dissolving, arise. Among them, the sign of entering is round and all-pervading, the sign of abiding is that the flow stops by itself, and the sign of dissolving is the appearance of space, etc. The signs of earth, water, fire, and wind dissolving in sequence: like mirages, smoke, the appearance of space, fireflies. Wind dissolves into appearance, appearing white. Like a lamp. Appearance increases and dissolves, appearing red. Increase near attainment dissolves, appearing black. Near attainment dissolves into clear light, appearing like a clear autumn sky. These also have different names, classifications, and summaries, depending on the views of the tantras. The great accomplished one Lavapa said, "First, a wild animal."
