Having looked, leave it. Like water that is clear and bright, free from turbidity. Leave it still, as if not moved by waves. In the mouth, recite: The innate awareness is clear and pure, without turbidity. There is no object of reference, no going, staying, coming, or going. There is no fabrication, leave it naturally relaxed. The nature of the relaxed mind is like the sky. Meditate like this. 12. Like this, it is a limb for stabilizing and enhancing. With these, the key points of the session for practicing Tummo have been mentioned. Second, in practicing the illusory body, there are three: purifying the impure, purifying the pure, and purifying the uncommon. The first has three, such as grasping what has not been grasped. The first is: The body posture remains as before, establishing the seven aspects of Vairochana's posture. The key point of the object is the appearance of various phenomena. The key point of time is mostly during the day. The object of focus is, first, all conditioned phenomena are impermanent. When entering into meditation, life is impermanent. Children, wives, relatives, wealth, and possessions are also without essence. In short, nothing can satisfy or benefit except the Dharma. The end of birth is death, the end of accumulation is exhaustion, the end of companionship is separation, the end of friendship is enmity, the nurtured body will decay, the moving breath will cease, close relatives will be left behind, wealth will be used by others, the body will become a corpse, one has no self-control. In short, nothing has any meaning. Thinking that there is no need for anything, generate renunciation, and first train the mind. Think like this: All these external appearances, such as form, are the cause of wandering in samsara because they were previously grasped as true. If all of this is examined and analyzed, it appears to be non-existent, like dreams and illusions. Born from causes and conditions, like echoes and drum sounds. Impermanent, like lightning and bubbles. Appearing but without inherent existence, like mirages and reflections of the moon in water. Meditate well on this. In the mouth, recite: Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, horses, cattle, houses, etc. All these appearances are appearing as non-existent. Born from causes and conditions, impermanent, and without inherent existence. Empty of truth, like dreams and illusions. Recite and meditate like this, and think like this in all post-meditation and meditation sessions. 1 Second, to stabilize what has been grasped, let your own body appear in a mirror. Adorn it, beat it, praise it, and criticize it, as if there is no difference. Your own body is also like that. Speech is like an echo i

Like me, thinking that clinging to thoughts is like clinging to water in a mirage. Recite in words: This image in the mirror has no liking or sadness, no beauty or ugliness, no pleasantness or unpleasantness. One's own body is also like that, and language and mind are like echoes and mirages. Recite and meditate like this. 2. The third is to bring out the effect: By doing this, one can control and stabilize one's own liking and sadness for praise and blame. First, let someone familiar, such as a lama or Dharma brother, do various praises and criticisms. Then go to a place where many people gather, such as a market, and do various high and low behaviors. Observe whether there is any difference when others praise, blame, scold, like, or dislike you. If there is a difference, go back to a secluded place, strongly pray to the lama and the Three Jewels, and meditate again. In order to clearly recognize the boundaries: All these men and women are like dreams, the words of praise and blame are like echoes, and the mind that sees, hears, and feels, is it not like a wild animal mistaking a mirage for water? Recite and meditate like this. 3. Second is purification: Allow the image of the deity's body to appear in the mirror. Just like that image, one's own body is also the empty deity, without self-nature, appearing but not truly existing. All sentient beings also appear as deities, but in reality, they have no self-nature. All the outer world also appears as a palace, but it has no self-nature. The sound of language and mantra is like an echo. The movement of the mind is just like a mirage. These are all great bliss, self-liberated. For the dwelling palace, what is there to be happy or unhappy about? For the deity, what is there to be attached to, hated, praised, or blamed? For the sound of the mantra, what place is there for liking and sadness to arise? Thinking like this, recite in words: One's own body and all appearing forms are like the image of the deity's body appearing as the union of emptiness and appearance. Therefore, where is the place where thoughts of attachment, hatred, praise, blame, liking, and sadness arise? Recite and meditate like this. 4. Regarding these key points of the illusory body, in detail, in the stabilization stage that has already been mastered, meditate on the body as an image, do one session. Go to a place with echoes, meditate on language as an echo, do one session. Go to a place with mirages, meditate on the mind as a mirage, do one session, do this three times.
