The drop (thig le) descends within the central channel, and with exhalation, contemplate the bliss drop residing at the tip of the secret place, then naturally shoot it out like an arrow, reaching the crown chakra. With inhalation, contemplate it residing between the eyebrows. Practice this cycle, and when resting, gather the bindu at the eyebrow center and rest there, to make it clear. The bindu between the eyebrows is white, bright, oily, and round. Like an arrow, it naturally shoots out and establishes itself at the crown. With inhalation, it reaches the secret place through the channel. Thus, arising and ceasing, bliss arises. Having clarified this, practice it. 6. Having shown the method to attain what has not been attained, secondly, to stabilize what has been attained, the body posture remains as before, and the practice of breath control is done beforehand. One's own body is clearly visualized as a clear divine body as before. Within the body, the three channels are clearly visualized. About four finger-widths below the navel, the three become one. Below the navel, above the secret place, in the channel directly between the root of the genitals and the perineum, in the center of the fire's dharma origin, visualize the form of the wisdom tummo bindu, red in color, hot to the touch, its essence invisible, its appearance blissful, possessing four characteristics, about the size of a chickpea, extremely subtle. By practicing the vase breath, the fire's power arises, and contemplate being endowed with bliss. 7. When the mind is fixed on that, increase the fire's power with the practice of breath control, and focus the mind on something the size of a pea, with a triple bend at the tip like the hair of a wild animal. 0. After stabilizing on that, on something the size of a needle, with a triple bend that moves without staying still for a moment. 0. Practice the mind on something like that, two fingers in size, 0. Four fingers in size. These things that have the sign of the bindu can be gathered in each session or practiced in seven focused sessions. Those fires also, being red and possessing four characteristics, the root is stable at the knot of the channel, the tip is thin and moves, and the mind is held on the burning within the channel. Practice the sixth wheel exercise, the waist turning right and turning left, it releases the knot of the navel channel. The upper body twisting left and right, it releases the knot of the heart channel. The neck rotating and bending up and down, it releases the knot of the crown and neck channel. Stretching and bending the arms and legs, it releases the

It is to untie the knots of the channels. By shaking, jumping, and churning the body, all the channels are subdued. Thus it is said. In order to make those visualizations clear, in the center of the fire's Dharmadhatu at the junction of the three channels, the wisdom heat bindu is extremely subtle. Here, the wisdom heat is sharp like a pea. Thus it is said. The wisdom heat is three-curved like a needle. Thus it is said. The wisdom heat is three-curved, two fingers long. Thus it is said. The wisdom heat is three-curved, four fingers long. Thus, the visualization is performed in accordance with the recitation. The color is red, the touch is extremely hot, the essence is emptiness, the appearance is blissful and clear. Thus, clearly visualize and meditate. This is the instruction for stabilizing what has been attained. Third, to enhance stability, there are three enhancements: the enhancement of heat, the enhancement of bliss, and the enhancement of non-conceptuality. The first is, even if one meditates on what has been shown above, the fire visualization and so on are not clear, or even if they are clear, in order to enhance them, the body posture is as before, or else the two ankles are crossed and the knees are raised separately. The two hands are crossed, the elbows are placed on the knees, the palms are joined on top of the left and right arms, and the knees are bound by embracing them. There are two inverted triangles on the legs, and four on the hands, making six in total. The inner and secret also have six in this way, so eighteen inverted triangle mudras are formed. The key point of the visualization is that oneself is clear and pure like the deity's body, with the three channels and four chakras as before. At the crown of the head, at the tip of the three channels extending upwards, there is the crown chakra with nine channel petals. The secret chakra has thirty-two channel petals. The twelve major joint chakras each have eight channel petals. The minor joint chakras each have four channel petals. In the junction of the three channels, which is visualized in this way, the form of the wisdom heat bindu is clear and blazing, and the tip enters the central channel. Thus, think and strike the vital point with the combination of wind and channels, and from this, the fire blazes fiercely. Meditate on it pervading below the navel chakra. Rotate the six-sectioned abdomen clockwise and counterclockwise. Once it is stable, meditate on it pervading below the heart chakra. Twist the upper body to the left and right. Once it is stable, meditate on it pervading below the throat and crown of the head. Rotate the throat and bend it up and down. Once it is stable, meditate on it pervading the limb chakras. Limb
