Visualize very clearly. After visualizing so clearly, gently hold the vase. First, just remember the A (Tibetan: ཨ) in front. Then, when there is a slight desire for appearance, visualize Nu (Tibetan: ནུ). When there is a greater desire for the arising of appearance, visualize Da (Tibetan: ཏ). When the external appearance subsides and dissolves into emptiness, and appearance is attained, visualize Ra (Tibetan: ར). Then, grasp any one of the four emptinesses. When the signs of the fifth Abhisambodhi, the emptiness of all things, begin to appear, focus the mind on the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) in the center. Grasp the most supreme and unchanging clear light as much as possible, and rest in it as you grasp it. Like this, the unsurpassed instruction of the Kagyu Karma Kamtsang, for a beginner, it is difficult to understand the Abhisambodhi and its signs. Therefore, before going to sleep, repeatedly make the wish to "definitely grasp the clear light of sleep tonight." Like the daytime yoga described above. Starting from visualizing oneself as the Yidam, do it until it is absorbed into the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum). Concentrate that Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) into a blue bindu the size of a bean, and then hold this mind and go to sleep. In the state between the disappearance of the current appearance and the non-arising of the dream appearance, there will be a clear and non-conceptual state that is neither deep sleep nor awake. A friend can also remind and observe whether you have grasped (the light). Once grasped, a state of clarity and emptiness and bliss and emptiness mixed together will arise, and rest in that state. Starting from the above-mentioned "visualize yourself as a yogini," you also dissolve into the space between the Hum syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and the bindu. Visualize clearly in this way. If you want to grasp the clear light of deep sleep, focus your mind on the blue bindu in the jewel. If you want to grasp the clear light of light sleep, meditate on the upper end of the central channel being at the eyebrow center, and there, focus your mind on a black bindu the size of a pea, so it will be easier to grasp (the light). These are the methods for those who have not grasped (the light) to grasp (the light). After grasping, in order to stabilize it. In particular, according to the view of Jey Yangchen Zhap, in order to make the power of Tummo burning in the inner heat yoga mentioned above melt the Bodhicitta, so that the realization of bliss and emptiness, the three appearances and clear light, and the special signs of wind and mind appear as the illusory body, in order to make this illusory body appear as meaningful clear light, there are two methods for putting the very subtle wind and mind into the clear light: holding breath and subsequent destruction. The first is: My body, speech, and mind and the body, speech, and mind of all sentient beings are inseparable.

Having done so, visualize the body aspect as Vairochana, the speech aspect as Amitabha, and the mind aspect as Akshobhya, as the Samaya-sattva. In the hearts of those three, visualize sequentially Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) as the Jnana-sattva. Within the bindus of the three letters, meditate on the short A with the indestructible sound. Then, from the seed syllables Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) at the heart, light radiates, gathering from the crown of the head upwards and from the soles of the feet downwards into the Jnana-sattva at the heart. Those also gradually gather into the Samadhi-sattva, the indestructible bindu with the sound of short A. That also gathers into the clear light bindu, and then the mind is placed without wavering. If this object is clear, it is one session; if it is not clear, it is the three of body, speech, and mind combined. Then, verbally: May I and all beings be inseparable in the three doors, may the body aspect, etc., be clear as Vairochana, etc. Within that heart, within which Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), etc., abide, from the clear appearance of the short A with sound, light radiates, gradually gathering from the outside and dissolving into the bindu. Thus it is said. When doing it separately, in the second line, the body aspect is clear as Vairochana himself. In the third line, in that heart, the letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), etc. At the time of speech, the speech aspect is clear as Amitabha. In that heart, the letter Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啊), etc. At the time of mind, the mind aspect is clear as Akshobhya Vajra. In that heart, recite the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), thus translated. Secondly, the subsequent dissolution is: the light of the seed syllable at one's own heart melts the outer and inner world, and the mass of light gathers into oneself. Then, the three sattvas are gathered as in the previous method of gathering. Again, from that itself, one should arise as the deity body inseparable from wind and mind, and then it is said that one arises as the illusory body from the clear light. For the sake of clear establishment, verbally: The light of the seed syllable at the heart melts the outer and inner world, and from dissolving into oneself in the form of light, one's own three doors, the Samaya-sattvas also gradually gather into the bindu of light. Thus it is said. Those have finished speaking about the stages of clear light meditation. ༈. Fifth, in the instructions on the Bardo, the self-liberation of reality, the first Bardo, manifesting the Dharmakaya; the second Bardo, arising as the illusory body deity; the third Bardo, preventing the birth gates of the six realms, there are three. The first is: when the yogi himself understands the experience of dying, he should think like this: if all things
