If there is union, then a stream of bindu flows from the point of union; If it is only oneself, it is said to flow from the thumb of the ring, but it is okay to flow from all of the body. In any case, one should contemplate that the stream of bindu fills the entire inside of the body. In this way, these six methods of descending bliss are said to be a combination of the instructions of both Naropa and the Path of Liberation, according to some old documents. Second, regarding the instructions on the wisdom of another's body, the preliminary practice is to rely on the common methods mentioned above, starting from one's own fully endowed body, and it is good to become somewhat accustomed to prana and tummo. In the main practice, examine the characteristics of the mudra, attract with mantras and substances, hide invisibly, cut off the cycle of samsara, increase the dual body, practice the mudra as illusion, these are the six dharmas of union. Searching for the channels, descending bliss, holding bliss, reversing the bindu, inserting into the channel eyes, transforming into great wisdom, these are the six dharmas of the main practice. Practice by gathering the three key points of place, time, and body, this is the path of the messenger. There are also explanations from ten or fifteen points, but apart from the number of chapters, there is no increase or decrease in meaning. Here, only the chapters are shown, the instructions are shown separately, and not explained in the text. Second, regarding the instructions on the illusory body, there are also explanations of the preliminary, main, and subsequent practices, but the preliminary practice is the one shown above, and there is no other, so here it is said that the experience that has not arisen is the dream luminosity, and the arising of stability and growth is the illusion of being awake. The first is to continuously practice intention, practice dream luminosity, cultivate the method of recognizing dreams, learn to practice skills, etc., practice purifying dreams, these are five. Although the first is a great goal, it should be done in three target cycles, doing the preliminary practices of the session as before, and then dissolving and integrating everything, oneself and others, container and essence. All these various appearances are nothing but appearances of one's own mind, and in reality, there is not the slightest establishment, just like an illusion. Although everything is a mind appearance, it appears as being far from external objects, so all these appearances are illusory appearances that are not actually established, so clinging to the illusory appearance and to what

Because the inner consciousness of appearance also depends on that illusion, how could it be truly real? All of these are like rainbows, merely appearances of assembled conditions. Train strongly in the aspiration that there is not even a little bit of establishment in any situation. Then, in the same way, let awareness rest in its own state in a relaxed manner. Constantly meditate by repeating this method, this is the first round of contemplation. Again, in the same way as before, there is no difference between this present appearance and a dream. In experience, both are experienced; in meaning, neither exists. For example, the sickness and suffering of yesterday and before, and the sickness and suffering that occurred in a dream last night, at this time today, there is not even the slightest difference. The food and drink and festivities of yesterday and before, and the festivities that took place in a dream last night, at this time today, there is not even the slightest difference. Those who are awake are awake at the time of waking, and those who are dreaming are dreaming at the time of dreaming. Appearances arise together, and happiness and suffering are experienced together. Just as that dream is nowhere to be found today, all the appearances of the waking state that occurred yesterday and before are also nowhere to be found today. There is not even the slightest difference between a dream and the present appearance. Meditate thinking that they are not established as true. This is the second round of contemplation. Furthermore, after continuously meditating on those two aspirations, not only that, but also strongly train in the aspiration that all of this appearance, including oneself and what appears initially, is just a dream. This is the third round of contemplation. Second is the adjustment of the body posture. At one's own throat, visualize a four-petaled chakra, or visualize it as a four-petaled red lotus. At the center of the chakra or lotus, visualize a red Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and on the four petals, in front is A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), on the right is Nu (藏文:ནུ,梵文天城体:नु,梵文罗马拟音:nu,汉语字面意思:努), behind is Ta (藏文:ཏ,梵文天城体:त,梵文罗马拟音:ta,汉语字面意思:达), and on the left is Ra (藏文:ར,梵文天城体:र,梵文罗马拟音:ra,汉语字面意思:ra), all visualized as red in color. Some people want to visualize directional colors, which is generally not prohibited, but it is not done here, and it is easier to meditate by making the colors the same. On the letters of the four petals, focus on Duṃ (藏文:དུཾ,梵文天城体:दुं,梵文罗马拟音:duṃ,汉语字面意思:嘟), Caṃ (藏文:ཙཾ,梵文天城体:चं,梵文罗马拟音:caṃ,汉语字面意思:仓), Duṃ (藏文:དུཾ,梵文天城体:दुं,梵文罗马拟音:duṃ,汉语字面意思:嘟), Caṃ (藏文:ཙཾ,梵文天城体:चं,梵文罗马拟音:caṃ,汉语字面意思:仓) each. For the central Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), focus on it for a long time. This is the first round of contemplation. After a few days like that, when focusing on these letters, one must also have a dream tonight. And it should be a dream with many things, a clear dream, and a good dream.
