The upper part of the head is shown tilted downwards, and the feet are raised upwards, forming a tube. In the center where everything converges, meditate on 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) with its head pointing downwards. From the central 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ), bindu drips down like a stream of milk. It flows from the feet of the sixteen 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) syllables. Imagine all the empty spaces are filled with nectar. Focus on the nectar dripping from these places, falling like a fine rain. Third, four fingers below the navel, visualize a red 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) that does not touch anything. On the crown of the head, visualize a white 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) with its head pointing downwards. When exhaling, from the red 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) four fingers below the navel, a thin and fiery flame blazes upwards, piercing the white 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) on the crown. As you inhale, from the 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) on the crown, a tiny white bindu drips down, chasing the flame and touching the red 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ). Then, the flame from the 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) below the navel chases the white bindu upwards, touching the 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) on the crown. Focus solely on chasing up and down. Fourth, when exhaling, visualize a very hot breath emanating from the navel, appearing as red rays of light, pervading the entire body. All the channels inside are warmed and melted. When inhaling and pressing the breath down to below the navel, visualize a stream of tiny bindus dripping from all the channels of the upper, lower, and middle parts of the body, gathering four fingers below the navel, curling up like a puppy. Fifth, visualize a black 'Phaṭ' (ཕཊ་) at the center of the vajra. From it, a red-black flame blazes, filling the inside of the vajra. It enters the coiled dragon-king channel, which is like a coiled snake, located below the navel. Passing through the seven layers of coils, it exits from the upper hole and touches the 'Haṃ' (ཧཾ) on the crown of the head. The bodhicitta melts. Along with the flame dripping down, it enters from the upper door of the coiled dragon-king, passes through the tube, and exits from the downward-facing door. Visualize it dripping up and down, the secret vajra being filled with bindus. Repeat this visualization again and again. Sixth, visualize Vajrasattva Heruka in union with his consort, or just the father alone, residing on the crown of the head, with his left leg bent and his right leg extended. In the center of the chakra of the secret place, visualize 'Hūṃ' (ཧཱུྃ). From it, rays of light with the nature of bliss and warmth radiate upwards, dissolving into the body of Vajrasattva. Bliss increases.
