Firstly, this is called the instruction of A-thung. Secondly, the practice of Tummo burning and dripping is: all other ways of doing things are the same as before, except that In the center of the body, there is a red central channel. The upper end is inserted into the crown chakra, and the lower end is inserted four fingers below the navel. At the upper end, there is a white crown chakra with eight petals. Its center is pierced by the upper end of the central channel. Above it, there is a white Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) with its head looking downwards. The head of the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) is just about immersed in the upper end of the central channel. Meditate that the surrounding area and the petals are gray and hazy, like the formation of hail of bodhicitta. Also, it is said that if the object is very small, it is permissible not to meditate on the chakras except for the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) and the central channel of the crown. Four fingers below the navel, on top of a red bindu cushion. Meditate on the flame of Tummo, like a good butter lamp, with the tip of the flame just inserted into the central channel, burning red, flickering, and slightly swaying. Then hold the vase breath. By the mixing of the upper and lower breaths at the navel, the tip of the flame is propelled, and a thin flame like a horse's tail rises upwards in the central channel. It becomes longer and longer, and eventually touches the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) of the crown. Then, from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum), drops of bindu like liquid projectiles fall down, appearing gray and hazy. The thin flame that is burning turns downwards. The bindus drip into the fire below the navel, and you feel a surge of bliss. Breathe three or four times, repeating the meditation. In each session, meditate at least twenty-one times, and experience will quickly arise. This is the first round of meditation. If this does not produce experience, then meditate as before five times until the thin flame touches the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum), and when white bindus drip from the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum). The thin flame becomes shorter and shorter and merges into the fire of the navel. The bindus also quietly dissolve into the fire. Feel bliss, and after one or two breaths, a thin flame with strong wind and sound arises from the center of the fire below the navel. The stream of bindus reverses upwards. The gray bindus rise upwards and dissolve into the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hum) of the crown. Breathe once, and for a moment, focus your mind on it. Again, meditate on the flame reversing and the bindus dripping down as before. This enhances the experience of bliss and emptiness and eliminates dullness. Meditate like this for a month, etc. This is the second round of meditation.
