There are three types of yoga and the completion stage of luminosity. The first relies on one's own skillful means, and the other relies on the wisdom of another's body. The first includes: the mantra of enticing the wind-mind and the practice of tummo. The first is, in a place that suits the mind, on a comfortable cushion, with the body posture upright, with refuge and bodhicitta as the preliminary, generate sincere devotion to the lama. At the eyebrow center of oneself visualized as the deity's form, visualize a white, round, oily, shimmering, round, and radiating bindu of mixed wind and mind. If it is easy to visualize a large one, visualize a large one, and if it is easy to visualize a small one, visualize a small one. It is also said to visualize it as the size of a bird's egg, and it is also said that if the size does not have much impact on comfort, then mostly visualize it as the size of a bean. Sometimes focus and sometimes repeatedly and clearly visualize. Sometimes after visualizing clearly once, relax and visualize for a long time. Abandon other distracting objects and focus on visualization, and you will obtain obvious tactile and visual signs. Otherwise, you may also feel a sense of contraction or expansion at the eyebrow center, or a hot sensation. This is the first round of visualization. Then, visualize the bindu on the forehead gently rolling and reaching the position of the brahma aperture at the top of the head, where it remains for a moment, appearing grayish-white. Feel joy in your mind. Then, return again and reach the eyebrow center. Then, immediately move upwards as before, visualizing reaching the top of the head. Visualize repeatedly in this way. This is the second round of visualization. Then, visualize a red, hollow avadhuti nadi in the center of the body, about the size of a medium arrow shaft, with its upper end connected to the brahma aperture, and straight from the brahma aperture to the perineum. Then, bend back and reach the top of the vajra jewel. This is the third round of visualization. Again, visualize the central channel and the bindu at the eyebrow center as before. The bindu moves upwards gently, reaching the top of the central channel at the brahma aperture. There it remains for a moment, appearing grayish-white and feeling comfortable. Then, visualize the bindu moving downwards from within the avadhuti nadi, making a tinkling, buzzing, or rustling sound. Focus your mind on the bindu inside the jewel, which appears grayish-white. After a while, the bindu moves quickly upwards from within the central channel, remaining above the central channel at the brahma aperture as before.

Think. Also, repeatedly meditate on falling into the central channel, etc. This is the fourth meditation sequence. After becoming slightly accustomed to the visualization, it is good to meditate in conjunction with the breath control practices of the preliminary stage. This is the fifth meditation sequence. Here is one type of visualization: visualize that as the bindu descends, the lower end of the central channel is filled with bindu, or that most of the central channel is filled, or that the bindu hangs like a thread within the central channel. Although it is said that there are such visualizations, the actual practice is only the former. By meditating on this, an experience of bliss and emptiness will definitely arise. However, if great skill is not achieved, in the first session, meditate on the bindu between the eyebrows. In the second session, meditate on the bindu at the Brahma aperture. In the third session, meditate on the nadi Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning). In the fourth session, meditate as before on the bindu descending from the crown of the head, etc. After a few days, some progress will be made. If that does not work, then continue to meditate only on the bindu between the eyebrows for a few days. One of the optional visualizations is that some say to visualize this bindu within a decaying dharma-genesis, but it is not actually visualizing bone; it means white. Then, repeatedly visualize only the bindu between the eyebrows rolling upwards and reaching the crown of the head. Do not reverse from the crown of the head to between the eyebrows. Meditate like that for one or two sessions. Then, visualize the nadi Avadhuti (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese Meaning) like a sheep's intestine, twisted and folded like petals, for one or two sessions. Then, as the bindu descends into the central channel, wherever the bindu reaches, the intestine is filled as if it has been inflated, filled and taut, and a comfortable, tingling sensation arises. Visualize reaching the tip of the vajra jewel from the lower end of the central channel with difficulty. Going up again, etc., is the same as before. In this way, it is impossible not to generate a special experience of non-conceptual bliss. Thus, there are two methods of enhancement. After the experience of bliss and emptiness has arisen, one must also meditate in order to gain stability. If it is stable, then mix it with appearance, as in the case of the fine bindu. The second is the essential instruction of the root and the essential instruction of the category, meditating on bliss. First, there are three: the A-thung instruction, learning the condensed blazing and dripping, and learning the expanded blazing and dripping. The first is: first practice vase breathing for a few days, as is common. Then, in the process of learning that breath control practice.
