Forcefully emanate and dissolve into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the skull cup. Intensely focus your eyes and mind on it, without attachment or clinging to yourself, but with attachment and clinging to the Hūṃ. By meditating in this way, signs such as burning, shaking, and warmth will arise. The appearance of your own body will become unclear. Your mind will appear and experience being in the place of the Hūṃ. This is the sign of accomplishment. After that, if it is applied to activity without being taken away by obstacles, it will be accomplished. The details should be understood in the tantric commentaries and previous texts. Since it is not very necessary now, it is not extensively discussed here. This entering another's body is a common accomplishment, a combination of swords, eye medicine, and so on. It is not a sequential combination of inner heat, clear light, and so on. This and the accomplishment of illusion are said by the Indians to be slightly easier to accomplish than those such as swords. Although this is not a direct instruction on the completion stage, it seems to be explained as an incidental meaning because of its connection to the transference of consciousness above. Both Lord Drogmi and Lord Marpa each speak of the aspects of entering another's body as an adjunct to the transference of consciousness. Therefore, it became very famous in Tibet, and the so-called "continuation of the path of entering another's body" arose. Therefore, if it is separated from the mixed transference, and when making aspects of the six dharmas, eight dharmas, ten dharmas, and so on, it is not good to regard it as similar to inner heat, illusory body, and so on, and make it a branch of the path of entering another's body. Otherwise, pills, eye medicine, and so on would also become branches of the categories of the six dharmas and so on. It is different from the transference of consciousness above, because that is the method of entering and binding the wind-mind into the central channel. It is either the actual completion stage or in accordance with it, and is a part of clear light. As it is said, "Even if the three bodies are not accomplished, one will become the chief of the knowledge holders." This is also to explain that reason. These transferences of consciousness and entering another's body are not explicitly stated in the root and explanatory tantras of Hevajra, except for allusions. It is supplemented from the Four Seats Tantra and so on. However, the precepts of Lord Marpa himself, and those that appear in the context of the instructions of the Four Seats Tantra, have slight differences in the object of meditation. Some are concise, some are extensive, and some are different instructions from different accomplished ones.

Therefore, it is not considered contradictory, nor should they be mixed together. These are known as the blending and transferring of the Hevajra instructions. The unadulterated essence of Lhodrak Marpa's heart, the Dharma that descended upon Ngokton father and son, has been flawlessly explained. It is said: Here, what is called the Six Dharmas of Naropa, Although there are many different ways of guiding, Such unadulterated instructions are extremely rare. The supreme of the Six Dharmas is only this one. When collecting similar documents as support, It is temporarily known as the book of blending and transferring. Later, a separate way of guiding was arranged from it, And many different explanations and compositions were created. There is no support saying to rely on this tantra. Uncertain empowerments and generation stages are collected. All the holy ones are ashamed of those who dislike fabrication and confinement, and who like activity practices. The aim and support do not deviate from the tantra, The profound path of empowerment and the two stages being complete, The upright Dharma that does not mix with false support, As Marpa and Ngok desired, it is here. To the Yogini, the glorious wheel, With utmost reverence I offer refuge. I will briefly write down the stages of practice Of the profound and supreme instructions. Now, actually blessed by the Siddha Lord, the glorious Ritropa, The Lord named Mētri was a master of yoga, and was relied upon for a long time by Jetsun Lhodrak Marpa. In that, he also heard the Hevajra Root Tantra and Commentary, the Buddha Skull, and the complete instructions on the Four Mudras that are completely non-abiding and non-conceptualizing, and from that, in this case, the Nine-Fold Path of Completion Stage, or what is known as the Nine Unions, arose for Hevajra. In the writings of these instructions, although the preliminaries are not separately explained, if one requests this guidance separately, one should know that the preliminaries are similar to the blending and transferring. The main practice has the instructions for Tummo, the instructions for Mudra, and the instructions for Mahamudra, these three. In the first, there is the preliminary air purification of Tummo itself, and the actual Tummo. In the first, there are also two instructions, extensive and concise. The first extensive one has four: learning to let the air go freely, learning to count and calculate, learning colors and shapes, and learning vase breathing. The first is with the body posture, many times
