of the end, and the key to moving left and right. First, the gap where the breaths move back and forth between left and right is the time when the wisdom breath flows, so from the crown of the head to the jewel, visualize the central channel as white, as thick and thin as a needle tube. As before, combine the breaths of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). When exhaling, visualize it extending upwards from the crown of the head, and when inhaling, visualize it sinking between the jewels and disappearing. Second, observe which nostril the breath flows from, and place that side of the armpit underneath. Press down on the small joint on that side with your hand and lie down. Third, twist the face left and right three or four times, blocking the right nostril, exhale, inhale, and hold the breath three times from the left nostril. Twist the face three more times, blocking the left nostril, exhale, inhale, and hold the breath three times from the right nostril. By practicing this many times, if the breaths are even, then meditate on the first object. Second, the view of the path to liberation is: towering like the sky, vast like the earth, rotating like a wheel or swirling violently like a river, stretching extremely like an iron hook. Among these four, first, learn the body container without a bottom as described above, only without adding Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). This pacifies body aches and the like. Second, imagine the body is empty inside, hold the gentle breath, and imagine the body becoming larger and larger, becoming boundless. This will produce happiness, but it is said that this is not the happiness that corresponds to wisdom. These two are for taming the breath. Then, in the state of combining the breaths, practice rotating the root chakra left and right. Focus on the black or blue breath in that position, or the black substance coiled like a puppy. Fourth, make the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), causing the abdomen to rise and fall and contract, visualize the breaths rising upwards from the soles of the feet and the vajra jewel, arranged vertically from the root chakra to the navel. These two are the key instructions for holding the breath at the lower end of the central channel. Second, regarding the actual practice of tummo, there are three types of tummo instructions: relying on one chakra, relying on two chakras, and relying on four chakras. First, everything else is the same as usual, except that in the center of one's own body, the central channel is like the four dharmas.

Then, within that, at the navel center, meditate on the actual red "A-shad" or "A-thung" syllable, and meditate on its sensation as hot. Initially, meditate for a few days without holding the breath. Then, meditate in conjunction with vase breathing. It is said that there is no need to meditate on the shape of the navel chakra for this. Even if you do not focus on blazing and dripping, if you become accustomed to this, the actual blazing and dripping will occur in the stage of producing results. The second is, meditate on "A-shad" or "A-thung" within a red Dharma-arising palace at the navel. At the crown of the head, meditate on a white "Hum" (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: ham, Literal meaning: Hum) with its head pointing upwards. These two are connected by the central channel. Meditate like that for a few days. Then, meditate for a few days in conjunction with vase breathing. Then, meditate on a very sharp red-black flame emanating from the "A" syllable, blazing upwards from within the central channel. As the "Hum" (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: ham, Literal meaning: Hum) at the crown of the head melts, a bodhicitta drop, white and slender like a thread, drips down, and dissolves into the "A" syllable at the navel. For this, initially, at the eyebrow center or any of the four chakras, a clear sensation of bliss arises. Then, gradually, the qualities of blazing and dripping will arise. The third is, the tummo of the four chakras. This is almost the same as what is described in the instructions on blending and transference. However, meditate on all the chakras as red. In the left kyangma channel, block with a string of red Kali. In the right roma channel, block with two strings of white Ali. Although these two should be strung together with a "Hum" (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable thread, since the meditation posture is uncomfortable, in the oral instructions, a blue light thread is used, and a blue "Hum" (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable is meditated on at each end of the thread above and below. Consider the avadhuti channel to be white. When tummo blazes, meditate on all the chakras being covered with firelight. Continuously meditate on the flow of fire, but when the flow of nectar drips from the "Hum" (ཧཾ, Sanskrit: haṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: ham, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable, do not meditate on the white light or the nourishment of nectar here. Also, meditate on the tummo "A" syllable at the navel, and not four fingers below the navel; these are the differences. After that, the stages of producing results, etc., are the same as usual. For these instructions, considering them as having five stages, etc., should also be understood according to the old texts. Second, regarding the instructions on mudras, there are three: action mudra, mind mudra, and meditating on one's own body as bliss. The first is, the instructions on the body of another.
