It will be helpful. The third is to meditate on the bliss of one's own body. Having generated the bliss of the karma mudra and the mind mudra in this way, one meditates on the nature of bliss without alteration, naturally, so that bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality are increased by emptiness. Also, when it increases and decreases from time to time, it is necessary to stabilize and enhance it. That is, one contemplates an A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in one's heart. Believe that the path of bliss is this A itself. All appearances of oneself and others are pervaded by its light. Believe that everything is bliss, and it becomes the sole object. Also, a loud sound arises from this A. Believe that the path of bliss is that sound itself. Meditate that all sounds heard in the ear are the sound of A itself. By this, all appearances of sound appear as bliss. Another instruction is, the secret instruction is called placing "Spawa" below the intestines. Below one's intestines, on the seat of the sun mandala, contemplate the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Understand and meditate on the appearance of forms and the sound of sounds as bliss, as before. Also, the secret instruction is called appearing in the expanse of the moon. From the tip of the nose to the outside, in the space about four fingers' breadth, gather the mind blissfully and meditate, or, if the image is not clear, meditate on the moon or a white bindu. The way to mix form, sound, and bliss is as before. Also, the secret instruction is called meditating at the gathering point of the back of the head. Focus the mind there. Meditate on the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) having the nature of bliss. The way to train form and sound as bliss is as before. Meditate on any one of these four in this way. The standard of stability is to reach the standard in bliss, and also to realize that it is emptiness. Third, the instructions of Mahamudra, or, training in the Alaya, there are three: gathering the scattered Alaya, turning the appearance of the Alaya into the path, and the inconceivable Alaya. The first is, in one's own heart, or between the eyebrows, or in any of the vajra jewels, it is also said to focus the mind on the bindu. In any case, this is the instruction to generate non-conceptuality by relying on conceptuality. However, in practice, it should be done like this, as it is clearly written in Rongton's "Viputi". That is, below one's navel, contemplate the nature of fire and wind, the red Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). On the crown of the head, contemplate the nature of earth and water, the white Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum). Focus the mind intensely on the two burning, dripping, escaping, and desiring. After a moment, leave the mind naturally. This is the instruction of the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) letter union, leading to the arising of a non-conceptuality through bliss. Also, one's own body

Inside the anus, meditate on a bindu the size of a mustard seed, like an eyeball. Focus on a light that is like bluish-green or grayish-white. From there, firelight arises, burning from the front of the channel. When it reaches the back of the neck, from there downwards, a white light flows happily, reaching the tailbone. By chasing it upwards and downwards like this, a bliss arises. Then, after a while, rest in non-conceptuality. This is also generating non-conceptuality by being led by bliss, and it is called fixing the mind on the node. Also, inside your own skull, visualize a white triangular dharmodaya, endowed with a comfortable experience. Make the mind soft and meditate for a while. Then, after a while, release it loosely. This is called throwing the mind into the sky, generating the realization of both bliss and emptiness. Then, again, in connection with that object of focus, put the mind up into the sky, and after that, first look at your own name. Then examine the body. Then examine the mind, and whatever you look at, rest without fabrication, without fixating on any inherent nature, free from elaboration. Meditate like this again and again. These are the actual methods for gathering the scattered alaya. Generally, transform all experiences of bliss and emptiness into the appearance of a deity. Meditate on the form of the deity, and that very comfortable experience. Expand its nature into emptiness, free from elaboration, and meditate on it. That appearance is the deity, the experience is bliss, and the nature is emptiness, these three are inseparable. Secondly, it is called opening the door of self-arisen blessing. With the guru's introduction preceded by the blessing of the transference of wisdom, there are three instructions for transforming appearances into the path. First, the characteristics of Mahamudra are: pervading everything, non-material, without coming and going, and unchanging in all times. Second, having samaya has four aspects: Because there is nothing to abandon, one is not afraid of samsara. Because there is no antidote to be adopted, one does not cling to nirvana as peace. Because there is no other Buddha, one is free from hope for the result. Because that very suchness is free from grasping, there is no need to meditate with the mind. Third, the method of realization is: one cannot realize it with mere words. Through the guru who possesses the lineage, one should know one's own mind through symbolic means. Recognize the original, relaxed, completely transparent (state). One should rest equally in the meaning that is free from coming and going. Understand its meaning.
