Focus the mind and practice repeatedly. Then, four fingers below the navel, visualize "ཨ་" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) as before. Visualize the "ཡཱཾ" (Tibetan: ཡཱཾ, Devanagari: यां, Romanized Sanskrit: yāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yang) syllable in six places: the soles of both feet, both kidneys, and both armpits, with the head of the syllable facing inward, accompanied by the power of wind and light. In the heart, visualize a four-petaled lotus with the mouth facing downward. In the navel, visualize a blue "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable with the head facing downward, and also visualize blue "ཡུཾ" (Tibetan: ཡུཾ, Devanagari: युं, Romanized Sanskrit: yuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yum) syllables with the head facing downward on the four petals. Then, perform the wind combination and "ཧིཀ་" (Tibetan: ཧིཀ, Devanagari: हिक्, Romanized Sanskrit: hik, Literal Chinese meaning: Hik) practice as before, so that the "ཨ་" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable in the navel rises up and dissolves into the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable in the heart. At that time, the lotus flower opens upward. The five syllables, including "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), also pierce through their respective positions, with their heads facing upward. By the wind power of the ten "ཡུཾ" (Tibetan: ཡུཾ, Devanagari: युं, Romanized Sanskrit: yuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yum) syllables, the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable is lifted up high. The "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable is almost about to fly out from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. The light that connects from the center of the lotus in the heart to the hook of the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable is like a thread, and at that moment, it suddenly breaks, and the "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable dissolves into the heart of the deity like an arrow shot. Even if it cannot be transferred in one attempt, it can be transferred by repeated meditation. It is said that there is no one who cannot be transferred by meditating twenty-three or twenty-four times. This target, even if it is only explained in the actual application of the small letter method, it is difficult to clearly appear at that time if you have not practiced it before, so from the time of practice, you must meditate about once a day. In the small letter methods, the "ཀྵུཾ" (Tibetan: ཀྵུཾ, Devanagari: क्षुं, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣuṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kshum) syllable of the Brahma aperture is removed for transference, It is said that there are two ways to prevent and distinguish, so it is best to meditate in the usual way. The fourth target guide is complete. The second is the instruction for forced transference: For those who have not practiced transference before, if they are afflicted with a fatal disease, do not cling to the remains, and use the roots of virtue for similar actions. Clearly generate faith or compassion and other virtuous thoughts. Transfer by forcibly generating wisdom, the body takes a squatting posture. Twist the "ཨོ་" (Tibetan: ཨོ་, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: O) syllable three times to the left and right. Then sit upright and focus the mind on the white dot between the eyebrows. Keep the eyes half-closed, and the eyeballs should not move. Let your vow friend suppress the breath of enjoyment and meditate. Or, the method of forced transference by target is: visualize the guru or deity in the space in front. The Brahma aperture at the crown of the head appears grayish-white. The four-petaled lotus in the heart faces upward.

In the center of the teachings, the awareness, the mind, the letter A, and the thread, recite "HIK" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) twenty-one times, and it emerges from the Brahma aperture. Meditate that the thread is severed from the "SBAD" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and dissolves into the heart of the lama or yidam, and you can accomplish transference. It is also said that the breath from the mouth propels the force of the Adam's apple towards the gathering point of the back of the head, and the force of the thumb and index finger gathers from both the left and right sides of the Adam's apple, but this is not necessarily required. If you cannot accomplish the great transference mentioned above, you can practice this visualization by pressing down on the visualization, which is the same as the common visualization, and then you can be allowed to meditate on the method of transference. In addition, there is a method of transference that involves adjusting the body posture. If you do not know or cannot meditate on the visualization at all, then have them lie down properly in a posture similar to that of the perfectly enlightened Buddha at the time of his passing into nirvana. When the external breath ceases, play soft music such as a beautiful flute or cymbals lightly above the crown of the head, not too intensely. Pull on the hair at the crown of the head, or touch it lightly. It is said that the reclining posture of the Thus Gone One has the key of blessing and interdependence, which can block the door to the lower realms. If you can visualize clearly, you can also meditate on the visualization: visualize the letter A on the sun four fingers below the navel, from which a red light emanates, opening the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. Recite "HIK" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) twenty-one times, causing the twenty-one vertebrae and twenty-one lotus petals to reach "AN TONG" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). On the twenty-second recitation, it emerges from the crown of the head, touches the heart of the yidam, and then returns to the crown of the head. On the twenty-third recitation, the thread is severed and dissolves into the heart of the yidam. This is what the booklet says. The ordinary visualization part is not counted. There is no tradition of cultivating experiential guidance for this. Second, entering the city: generate conviction in the truth of emptiness and illusion, gain clarity in the generation stage, and with one perfectly purified wind, pray to the yidam and dakini, and if you receive permission, you can accomplish it. That is, on a seamless skull five fingers wide, smear black paint and write a white "HUM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in the center. Place it in the center of any mandala, whether elaborate or condensed. Gather your own wind-mind into the "HUM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) at your heart, and with the exhalation, from the nostrils.
