Do what you can, and when expulsion is needed, alternate between Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Eighth, the Four Seats: The root deity Vajrasattva, relying on the single mudra for practice, can become supreme. The intention of the abbreviated accumulation is also the same, which can accomplish both the Father Tantra and the Mother Tantra. The method is explained elsewhere in detail. In the old writings of Ngok, it is said that Jowo Naropa is the root, and he practiced recitation based on the generation stage of the thirteen deities. Je Marpa also held the same view. As it is said, the lineage lamas also believe that the Wisdom Dakini of the Four Seats is the root mandala. Therefore, after completing the recitation with the required quantity, there is no need for a separate Father Tantra. If one wishes to practice extensively, then according to the Abhisamayalankara, the complete mandala should be meditated upon, which is the extensive method. The method of expanding and contracting in four sessions is as described in the general explanation above. For the mantras, recite about three each in order, and then recite the main mantra with single-pointed concentration. After completing the number of recitations, recite in reverse from bottom to top. For each retinue mantra, recite more at its respective position to count the number. Regarding the number of these, the Abbreviated Collection says: Three million wisdom seeds, first perform the recitation of the approach. For the eight yoginis, perform the approach four hundred thousand times. For Spo Mo, Dami, Diri, etc., recite twenty-five thousand times. The worldly deities of the outer realm possess extremely strong power and accomplishment. If recited three thousand times, it will be accomplished at all times and places. Accomplishment will occur by first approaching, without approaching, it is not a mandala. As it is said. If practicing the abbreviated method, only the initial preparation is sufficient. In the first session, partake of nectar, and perform the preliminary torma. In the subsequent sessions, from "Guru is pure" to "Praise of Seizing," establish the visualization and recitation based on the arrangement of blessings preceding. Appropriately combine the key points of the main mantra recitation. Recite the main deity's mantra, including completing three hundred thousand times. In the session intervals, perform offerings and praises, and a brief torma offering in the evening session. The absorption stage is that in an instant, it dissolves into luminosity, and then reappears in the space of yoga.

It is accomplished by performing the allocation of place protectors and dedicating the merit. The ninth is the Wisdom Empowerment Mother, which is the root mandala of the Four Seats. As stated in the Explanatory Tantra, Sambhuta, etc., it is extremely important. Because realization is scarce, it is easy to accomplish even if the entire mandala is meditated upon. It is easy to do and accomplishes the purpose even if relying only on the initial practice. Whichever of the two is done, the method is as mentioned in the Father Tantra. The number of recitations is said to be three hundred thousand in the mother practice methods composed by Master Bhava Bhadra and Abhaya. If both father and mother have completed the recitation and are qualified as teachers, then, as mentioned in the mandala ritual, the mantra for descending wisdom should also be recited in number, focusing on the preparation of the descending substances and accomplishing the substances. In this section of the Four Seats, because there are many special characteristics such as mudras and concentration to be combined, it is not possible to summarize it here with few words. The practice method itself is very clear, and it is necessary to learn from others as well. During the generation stage of both the father and mother of the Four Seats, it is the part of the body mandala that is combined with the purification of the ten winds. That is, mainly the father and mother are visualized as deities of the nature of air, and the retinue deities are also transformed in the same way. For example, the nature is one's own water wind. The Vajra Dakini, which arises from the sound of the letter called "three forms", is accomplished in the heart through the path. It emanates from the heart and becomes many similar to oneself, performing activities. It merges into one and is believed to be seated on the eastern seat, and so on, by analogy. In this regard, Jowo Nang Jetsun only manifests the form from the sound of the letters, while Kyennga and others believe that it manifests as the deity from the form of the letters. If meditating on subtle bindus, one can use the unique Vanu's instructions, or one can meditate in a common way. Vajra recitation and blocking recitation, etc., are also combined according to the common method or according to the instructions of the Completion Stage. The tenth is the glorious lineage of Guhyasamaja from the Father Tantra. The first session begins with guarding oneself and blessing the inner offering. In the subsequent sessions, it begins with blessing the offering substances. The aspiration prayer is continuously recited until the end. If it is absolutely impossible, then it is permissible to rely only on the initial practice for recitation, which is the reasoning of other tantras, as the wise ones say.
