Although it only describes the rituals and does not clearly define the shape of the torma, the Kagyu tradition is famous for its five-part offering ritual, just as the shapes of all tantric tormas are changed to those of funerary tormas. Here too, for mother tantras like Hevajra and Maya, there are deity tormas; for Guhyasamaja and Samvaranatha, there are guru tormas; and for Nairatmya and Vajrayogini, there are dakini tormas. In the retinue that is individually grand and excellent, if the number of deities is small like in Hevajra and Maya, the tormas for the retinue are half the size of the main deity, and their number corresponds to the number of the retinue. If the number is large like in Guhyasamaja, the number of tormas is equal to the number of deities. For worldly deity tormas and preliminaries, white tormas are generally made. If there is a general dakini torma preliminary, then a red triangular torma is made here. Even if holding tormas for smoke offerings, there is no need for a skull-house support torma. Just a karma torma khatvanga is sufficient, and the offering torma is smaller than the karma torma. If a tsok offering can be performed, then prepare the implements for it. In front of oneself, have inner offering nectar pills, a vajra bell, hand drum, flowers, incense, etc., gathered together. Nectar blessing, preliminary torma, refuge and bodhicitta, etc., should be recited and meditated upon from their respective beginnings without omission. When just reciting the number of mantras, if there is a subtle line body mandala, it is acceptable to combine it slightly like in the morning session. For the throwing session and evening session, elaborate protection wheels should be made. If one cannot manage the elaborations in both the morning and evening sessions, then condense them. The preliminary torma, even if not done regularly after initially starting the recitation, is acceptable. However, in the Kagyu tradition, one is combined with each inner offering. Blessing the place and offerings, once each morning is sufficient. Furthermore, the Indian tradition is to elaborate the beginning and end of the ritual and condense the middle two parts, or to elaborate the beginning and condense the last three. In essence, whether one does three or four sessions, one complete realization is necessary, but it is sufficient as long as the parts of the ritual are not omitted; it is not necessary to have only elaborate recitations. If one does so, it will harm the number of recitations and quickly lead to fatigue and other faults. Since there is no particular need, it should be moderate, mainly focusing on recitation and meditation. If possible, offer tormas at the end of all four sessions. If not, condense the remaining parts.

Merely the dedication, and at the end of the evening session, an extensive torma offering, and the protector torma offering should also be performed without fail at that time. If a tsokhor is held like on an auspicious day, it should also be done at the end of the evening session. If you want to truly seek liberation by relying on that tantra, not just focusing on the number of recitations, you should meditate on the subtle channels, body mandala, etc., in their respective contexts. After the generation stage and the main recitation, you should also meditate on your respective completion stages as much as possible until the post-ritual is performed. For example, the Kalachakra sadhana, written by Sadhuputra; the Hevajra sadhana, by Ocean-Born; the Nairatmya sadhana, Ambrosia Light; the Mayajala sadhana, written by Kukkuripa, etc., have all said so. Moreover, Naropa and his sons have also said it in their instructions, and Marpa and Milarepa have practiced it. If, due to age or other reasons, you cannot perform too many preliminaries, etc., during the session, you must recite the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra during the session breaks, because it has the benefits of filling in deficiencies, stabilizing the blessings of meditation and recitation, purifying transgressions, and invoking the deity's mindstream. Jampal Drakpa said, "The Hundred Syllable Mantra ritual, recite twenty-one times each." Therefore, it is said. Second, regarding the content of meditation: The things that are clear from Abhisamayalankara, it is not possible to elaborate on them all here, if you want to know in detail, you need to know from the tantra commentaries and explanations etc. In general, first in the session breaks, abide in the pride of the deity, in order to dispel obstacles and abide in the purity of vows, wanting to purify the mouth or speech, so enjoy the nectar. The nectar offering at the time of offering is mostly like this, the visualization methods of torma blessings etc. are the same, but the appearance of the visualization is different according to the intentions of each tantra. The substances to be blessed, the five meats that are the iron hooks that attract accomplishments, and the five nectars that are the lamps that illuminate wisdom. The ones that can bless are the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum) and the vajra, khatvanga, moon disc, etc. Boiling by blowing fire wind.
