Then Natan (Tibetan: ན་ཏན་) emphatically repeated twice, addressing the disciple as a great Bodhisattva, saying, 'Take this goddess, constantly perform the offering of merging into great bliss, and ascertain the co-emergent wisdom of great bliss.' That is (what Natan said). Then, the disciple appears as co-emergent father and mother. The father's secret place is invisible, from which a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) arises, transforming into a black vajra; and a red Bhyā (Tibetan: བྱཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्या, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyā, Chinese literal meaning: Bhyā) syllable, the length of the mantra is present in both the Sutra and Vinaya Pitakas. From which arises a slightly reddish vajra jewel, the hole at the tip is blocked by a yellow Bhyā (Tibetan: བྱཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्या, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyā, Chinese literal meaning: Bhyā) syllable facing downwards. The mother's secret place is invisible, from which a red lotus arises, in the center of the three petals is a Hyā (Tibetan: རྒྱཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्या, Sanskrit Romanization: hyā, Chinese literal meaning: Hyā) syllable, symbolizing the white lotus stamen representing the hero's Bodhicitta, blessed by a yellow Hya (Tibetan: རྒྱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्या, Sanskrit Romanization: hyā, Chinese literal meaning: Hya) syllable facing upwards.' This is what is said in Lawapa's commentary on the teachings. Then, at the father's navel center is a yellow Oṃ Vajra Vairocani (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ནི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र वैरोचनि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra vairocani, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Vajra, Vairocana), at the heart center is a blue Oṃ Sarva Buddha (Tibetan: ༀ་སརྦ་བུདྡྷ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व बुद्ध, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva buddha, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, All, Buddha), at the throat center is a red Oṃ Śrī (Tibetan: ༀ་ཤྲཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्री, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrī, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Auspicious), and at the forehead is a white Oṃ Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Hrīḥ) to mark them; at the goddess's navel center is a yellow Oṃ Śrī (Tibetan: ༀ་ཤྲཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ श्री, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ śrī, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Auspicious), at the heart center is a blue Oṃ Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Hrīḥ), at the throat center is a red Oṃ Vajra (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्र, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Vajra), and at the forehead is a white Oṃ Sarva (Tibetan: ༀ་སརྦ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, All) syllable clearly arise. For this kind, there seems to be an oral tradition of connecting the beginning and end of phrases, but it is not related to the meaning. It should be known that the Oṃ and Vajra in the latter half of the phrase must be pronounced together. Thus, the father and mother in union, the Bodhicitta descends from the crown of the head to the throat, producing joy; descending to the heart, producing supreme joy; descending to the navel, producing special joy; reaching the tip of the jewel, experiencing immutable co-emergent joy. Thus, contemplate. Thus, after the disciple and the Mudrā father and mother are in union, due to the heat of the Caṇḍālī, the Bodhicitta melts and descends to the various places, producing the four joys of descending, and that reverses upwards, producing the four joys of stabilizing downwards. For the disciple who is diligent in vows, generate the wisdom Mudrā, contemplate the deity father and mother in union, and actually through the operation of the winds, ignite the heat of the Caṇḍālī, melt the Bodhicitta, and thus draw forth the four joys. The nature of the third empowerment is, Bodhi-
