Furthermore, the actions of the body, the expressions of speech, and the samadhi of the mind are all repeated and reiterated. As for how to recite, there are various methods: reciting while controlling the breath of vital energy is called restrictive recitation; combining the mantra with the three aspects of breath—arising, entering, and abiding—is called vajra recitation; reciting with the mind without moving the tongue is called mental recitation; reciting in a way that only the mantra above can be heard is called vocal recitation or whispered recitation; reciting loudly so that both oneself and others can hear is called wrathful recitation; and reciting in connection with calm abiding and insight is called meditative recitation or wisdom recitation. Among these, whispered recitation is mostly emphasized for pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities. It is said in the tantras that wrathful recitation should be performed in the practice of Hevajra. Note: Forgetting, practicing in a secluded place away from unsuitable beings, eliminating sinking, averting harm, and so on, are done by reciting with melodies like reciting the Vedas. It is said in the wrathful recitation tantras that wrathful recitation should be performed in the practice of Hevajra. Note: In the Yoga Tantra, there is the sound of exhaling breath like the roar of a Rakshasa; condensing it, it is like the thunder of a wrathful deity; in the emergence of Heruka, there are three types of recitation, including recitation with the songs of the four castes, and so on, which should be related to the occasion. Furthermore, reciting by merely remembering the form of the deity is called form recitation; visualizing all the main deities and their retinues reciting the same mantra in unison and reciting in a supportive manner is called external recitation. Then there is internal recitation, which is the method of cultivating the samadhi of the mind. The Abhisamayalankara states: "The vital energy and activities, performed according to the ritual, are the recitation of wisdom, and by the combination of expanding and contracting, one quickly attains accomplishment." It also says: "Reciting the wheel mandala vows, if one recites the vows of the wrathful deity, all accomplishments will be easily attained." As it is said. Generally, one visualizes in the heart of both oneself and the deity in front, in the center of a lotus or moon-sun seat, the seed syllable of one's own deity, surrounded by a garland of mantras in the deity's own color, gradually accelerating and rotating until it disappears. Then, from the mantra garland in the heart of the deity in front, a second mantra garland emanates, enters one's own mouth, and emerges from the heart, in the mouth and heart.

Visualizing rotation, including both self and front; visualizing only self-generation, rotating from face to heart, and from heart to face, is the recitation of the wheel. The special recitation or secret recitation is, contemplating the two syllables A and Hum, focusing on their inherent sound and reciting. The arranged recitation is, visualizing the seed syllable at the end of the mantra garland on the sun or moon in the heart of the self-generation or front-generation deity, burning like a lamp with its head facing upwards, and reciting while focusing on this. The radiating and gathering recitation is, light radiating from the syllables of the mantra, stimulating the mind-streams of all Buddhas, gathering blessings, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, and then gathering back, dissolving into one's own heart; these are just general explanations. What is actually related here is that the characteristic of the wheel recitation is all the recitations of the Hevajra and other Yogini Tantras, especially the palanquin-style recitation, as well as the recitation visualization of the four activities, and the radiating and gathering samaya recitation. First is the palanquin-style recitation, in the heart of the main deity, at the center of the variegated vajra, the Hum syllable residing on the sun, without a mantra wheel. Note: When light radiates from the syllable, the color of the light appears blue during continuous recitation. Emerging from the mouth of the father, entering the mouth of the mother, passing through the shape of the body, from the space of the mother entering the vajra of the father, passing through the shape of the body, dissolving into the seed syllable in the heart, contemplate in this way and recite the mantra. Also, as it says in the teachings of Luipa: All dharmas are equal by the power of pride, the mantra garland is born from the seed, enters the bhaga through the vajra path, enters the central channel and emerges from the mouth, comes from the goddess and enters the mouth, rotation is the palanquin recitation. Thus, from the Hum syllable, the mantra garland arises as before, passing through the shape of the body, emerging from the vajra path and entering the lotus of the mother, passing through the shape of the body, emerging from the mouth of the mother and entering one's own mouth, dissolving into the Hum syllable in the heart, contemplate in this way and recite the mantra, the former eliminates the obstacles of bindus, the latter gives rise to bliss and emptiness. Then, to do the recitation of the four activities, again, white light shines as before, eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles; yellow increases life, merit, and wealth; red gathers enjoyment; blue subdues all harm-doers.
