When the fire of the navel touches the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), a stream of white essence descends from it, and visualize the three syllables restored as before, generating bliss. Again, from the short syllable "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) at the navel, radiate light, and gather all the blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, especially the blessings of Vajrayogini, into the form of wisdom fire, and dissolve it into the short syllable "A". Also, from the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown of the head, radiate light, and gather all the blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, especially the blessings of glorious Heruka, into the form of bodhicitta bindu, and visualize it dissolving into the syllable "Hūṃ" at the crown of the head, and meditate on burning and dripping as before. When the bindu descends to the crown of the head, joy arises; when it descends to the throat, supreme joy arises; when it descends to the heart, special joy arises; when it descends to the navel, the great bliss wisdom of co-emergent joy arises. As it is said in the Vajramala Tantra: "The great bliss wheel is at the crown of the head, That is said to be joy. The enjoyment wheel is supreme joy, Freedom from joy abides in the dharma wheel. The emanation wheel is co-emergent, It causes one to experience joy." Meditate repeatedly in this way, and when the breath is slightly stopped, it is subtle yoga, and from this, bliss arises, which is the skill of bindu yoga, and then the five signs such as smoke will appear. As it is said in the Later Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Like smoke is the first, Like a mirage is the second, Like a sky appearance is the third, Burning like a lamp is the fourth, Like a cloudless sky, Is the fifth that always appears." Then, at the beginning of the recitation, the blessing of the rosary is to be done. As it is said in the Abhisamayalankara: "Take the great conch rosary." And so on. In the Mother Tantras, the rosary made of the skulls of men killed in battle is praised as the great conch rosary, and it is strung with threads smeared with love potion by a young girl, placed above the handle, and then placed in the palm of the left hand, and cleansed and purified with nectar. From emptiness, on a lotus and sun disc, visualize the rosary transforming from the syllable "Hrīḥ" (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrīḥ) into Padmanartesvara, whose essence is speech vajra, appearing as Amitabha, body color red, one face, four arms, etc., visualize clearly as described in the text, and invite the wisdom being to merge. With the right hand, make mudras, and offer with mantras, ringing the bell and cymbals. Recite "Oṃ Padmanartīśvara" etc. one hundred and eight times. The meaning of the mantra is: Lotus Dance Lord and Ishvara

By touching the ground, it is the Lord of Lotus Dance. Then, thinking that the Lotus Dance has completely transformed into a rosary, then letting the rosary hang long and holding it is the practice. Then, with the thumb of the left hand as a vajra hook, one should count with the intention of summoning the deities. In the Vajra Dakini Tantra, it says, "With the thumb made into an iron hook, one should think of summoning all the deities." Generally, for peaceful practices, use the index finger; for increasing practices, use the middle finger; for subjugating practices, use the ring finger; for wrathful practices, place the little finger on top, and do not step over the meru of the rosary. Regarding not stepping over the meru of the rosary, there is a great debate in Je Pavo's Explanation of the Sow-faced Mother, but later it is recorded here according to the view of Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche. Note: In that version, it is explained that counting with the thumb is a circular method. Then, regarding the classification of actual recitation, there are three. First, the essence of recitation is: mainly, the mind of enlightenment that is inseparable from emptiness and compassion is considered the essence of recitation. Or, any collection of letters that achieves siddhis through repeated recitation is the essence of mantra as a conventional symbol. Second, the sound and meaning are: because it invites the deities, inspires vows, calls out names, dispels evil, and destroys afflictions, it is called mantra. As it says in the Vajra Peak Sutra, "Why is it called mantra? Secret mantras are the enjoyment of bliss, dispelling all evil, destroying afflictions, etc., and are the invitation of the Buddha's Dharma." As it is said. Third, the classification is: secret mantra, knowledge mantra, and dharani mantra. The mantra of a male deity is a secret mantra, the mantra of a female deity is a knowledge mantra, and those that do not fall into either category are considered dharani mantras for activity mantras. Or, because it protects from the afflictive mind of the world, it is a secret mantra; because it generates special wisdom through repeated recitation, it is a knowledge mantra; because it generates the memory of not forgetting the mind of enlightenment, it is a dharani mantra. In addition, the root mantra is the body, the heart mantra is speech, and the near-heart mantra is the mind, which are said to be the mantras that inspire. The so-called recitation, the Sanskrit word "जप्" (jap, japa), in Tibetan means recitation, because it is repeated and recited again and again, it is recitation.
