Should be done. It is said that dedicating aspirations at this time is very important. After that, the subsequent rituals should all be according to the scriptures. Apply sindhura to your own three places. The water from the vase, the torma, the essence of nectar, etc., should be used as an aid for the outer Heruka practice. The remaining offerings should be enjoyed by all the monks and disciples to accomplish attainments. If it is colored powder, it should be sent to the river, and if it is a painting, it should be given as a protective amulet to wear. The completion fire offering can be done even if there are no good signs. This is the inner practice of the five deities of Heruka, called the practice offering, the third chapter. After that, for the great accomplished Karma Pakshi, the oral instruction prophesied by the dakinis is: Heruka, Hevajra, Guhyasamaja, the four seats, Maya, etc., this secret practice to be applied to the common unsurpassed, if mainly showing the generation stage, it is the secret practice. If mainly showing the completion stage, it is tummo yoga. This is the method of meditating and reciting the secret practice, all the preparations for the mandala are like the inner practice. A hundred offerings are not necessary, whatever is available is fine. The chanting, offerings, and torma do not need to be too elaborate. In the four sessions, recite the self-generation, front-generation, and vase three deities, the vase generation is a little, practice like the inner practice. After the front-generation is complete, recite the mantra with the mouth, and focus the mind on these to meditate single-mindedly. Within the bodies of the two main deities, self-generation and front-generation, the three channels and five wheels are like the six dharmas of Naropa, the five knots of the channels in the center are Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), Trāṃ (Tibetan: ཏྲཱྃ, Devanagari: त्रां, Romanized Sanskrit: trāṃ, Literal meaning: Trāṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Āḥ). One should contemplate them as the seed syllables of the five poisons. The five syllables of the self are merged into the five poisons of the self, and the five syllables of the front-generation are merged into the five poisons of beings. At the lower end of the central channel, below the generative wheel, the essence is the short A, the nature of tummo, the form is a triangular bindu of fire, the tip is sharp, and the touch is contemplated as hot. From that fire blazing, the ten syllables of the seeds of the five poisons in the five places of the self and front-generation are burned. The five Herukas of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the father and mother deities become white, red, blue, yellow, and green. In the heart is the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) of one's own color, surrounded by mantras. In the petals of the channels are all dakinis holding curved knives and skull cups. On the crown of the head are thirty-two white deities, in the heart is Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal meaning: Ha). In the throat are sixteen red deities, in the heart is. In the heart are eight blue deities, in the heart is Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrīḥ). In the navel are sixty-four yellow deities, in the heart is Ri (Tibetan: རི, Devanagari: रि, Romanized Sanskrit: ri, Literal meaning: Ri). In the secret place are twenty-eight green deities, in the heart is Sa (Tibetan: ས, Devanagari: स, Romanized Sanskrit: sa, Literal meaning: Sa). After that, hold the intermediate air for a little while, and then

Again, the fire of fierce heat fills the whole body. The deities dissolve into light and become bindus of their own color. At the crown of the head, the white syllable "ཧཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) faces downwards. Nectar bodhicitta, like a drizzle, falls, and the deities become clear as before, with increased radiance, splendor, and glory. From the rotating mantra garland in the center of my heart, rays of five-colored light, like arrows, shoot upwards, and the lineage of deities from my body emerges from my mouth and enters the mouth of the front generation. The father lineage from the five places emerges from the union points and enters from my own union points, the lineage of deities from the body. The "ཧཱུྃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable in the heart dissolves, and supreme and common siddhis are attained. Then, the rays of light also become mantra garlands. Again, by the power of constant rotation, the ten mantra garlands of the five places of myself and the front generation rotate. From that, various rays of light radiate in the ten directions. All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes and dakinis residing in the fields of the ten directions are pleased by the offerings. All of them become deities of the five families of Chakrasamvara, and come pouring down like a great rain. They dissolve subtly into the five places of myself and the front generation separately. Again, from the mantra wheels of the five places of myself and the front generation, various rays of light radiate upwards, downwards, and in the ten directions. They purify the obscurations of all sentient beings in the six realms. The five paths become deities of the five families of Chakrasamvara. Animals become white Chakrasamvara, pretas become red, hell beings become blue, gods and humans become yellow, and asuras become green. All of them proclaim the sound of mantras with a roaring and resounding voice. Thus, meditate and strive to recite the seven-syllable mantra as much as possible. Then, the activities of offering tormas during session breaks, and the number of times for practice, such as seven days, and the subsequent activities such as self-entry, are no different from inner practice. This is the special characteristic of the great accomplished Pawa, a secret instruction not found in other Kagyu lineages. Thus, the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra says: Those of inferior faculties should contemplate and meditate on the mandala of the generation stage. It is the same as the meaning of what was said. The fourth chapter on the secret practice of the five deities. Furthermore, the very secret body mandala, apart from the items for reciting the self-generation ritual, does not require other mandala offerings. After reciting the self-generation ritual once today, when dissolving into emptiness and arising in the form of union, one is oneself the main deity, complete with ornaments and attire.
