The aspect of indivisible purity, contemplate and recite this mantra once: Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Sarva Vira Yogini Kaya Citta Vajra Svabhava Atmako'ham(藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་བཱི་ར་ཡོ་གི་ནཱི་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷ་ཝ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva vīra yoginī kāya citta vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽,一切勇士瑜伽母身语意金刚自性我). The deities of the Sambhogakaya residing in Akanishta, the deities of the Nirmanakaya residing in Jambudvipa, and all the deities contemplated in my body, in the nature of indivisible Vajra from the beginning, generate pride and recite this mantra once: Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) Vajra Shuddhaḥ Sarva Dharma Vajra Shuddho'ham(藏文:ༀ་བཛྲ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་བཛྲ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra śuddhaḥ sarva dharmā vajra śuddho'haṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚清净,一切法金刚清净我). Then, in the hearts of the five Fathers of the five places, the Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable of their own color, surrounded by the mantra garland rotating to the left. Then, the rays of light with five colors, enter from one's own mouth into the mouth of the consort. The fierce rotating light of the consort's mantra garland, emerges from the bhaga and enters one's own jewel. It dissolves into the Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable in one's own heart, and through one's own body, it passes through the bodies of the five Fathers. Thus, constantly contemplate the rotation and recite the seven syllables. It is said that great bliss and emptiness arise simultaneously. Then, that light also becomes a mantra garland. From that, light radiates, pervading the sky. The deities of Chakrasamvara residing in Akanishta, and all the deities of Chakrasamvara residing in Jambudvipa, from their bodies, the large and small forms of each deity, from their speech, the mantra garlands of Ali and Kali, and from their hearts, immeasurable five-pronged vajras radiate. Contemplate that they dissolve into each deity in one's own body. Then, gather the mantra garlands between the Father and Mother. From the light of the mantra wheels of one's own five places, white light emerges from the right nostril. Immeasurable mandalas of the five deities of Chakrasamvara radiate. Cutting off all sentient beings of the six realms, and taking them under one's care, placing them in the state of Buddhahood, contemplate that those Nirmanakaya mandalas dissolve into oneself. Again, with the light from one's own heart, not even one sentient being of the six realms remains, and they become immeasurable mandalas of the five deities of Chakrasamvara. Everyone recites the mantra sound with a buzzing sound. All dissolve into light and gather back, entering one's own left nostril and dissolving into the Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the heart. When contemplating these, it is the recitation of the seven syllables. Then, if one is unable to do the recitation and so on, do not contemplate the form of the syllables, and do not utter the sound. The letter Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is known as the wind entering inward. The letter Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) is originally the letter residing in the belly. The letter Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is known as the one exhaling outward. Knowing that, one should practice and contemplate. Syllable

It is called the recitation of the three vajras. It is also the supreme method for generating calm abiding. Even if there is no time to count, when definite understanding arises, the winds of 21,600 in a day are equal to the recitation of mantras equal to that number. In this body mandala, this vajra recitation is the most important. In the evening and this morning, after the self-generation of the deity, it is best if the torma offering is completed. If it is not completed, then visualize the usual food and drink as wisdom nectar in a vandha (Skt: वन्ध, vandha, meaning: imprisonment) vessel. From the beginning, naturally fill the spoon with your hand. The heat of the fire in the stomach is fire, which is the hole of the stove. It is not to meditate on that shape, but to recognize it as naturally occurring. In order to worship the deity of the body, make food offerings and fire offerings. It is best to maintain this practice for a long time. It is also the supreme and profound method of accomplishment, the fifth chapter of the body mandala of the five deities. The meaning of which is summarized from: Relying on the mandala of the body, one obtains the perfect body of Dharma and enjoyment, which is the place for the gradual progression of perfect enlightenment. It is called the mandala of the body. Then, regarding the method of meditating on the completion stage, in the three practices of the outer, inner, and secret generation stages, when signs appear and the clear appearance of the generation stage is obtained, then one must enter the completion stage, just like the steps of a ladder. This is the common view of all schools. The special characteristic of the wise Naropa Panchen is that, at the time of the initial generation stage, if one does not meditate on the same number of sessions as the completion stage, then the generation and completion stages are separated, and it is not the unsurpassed path. Therefore, in this ritual of our own tradition, there is the visualization of the completion stage before the recitation. In this, one should remain in equipoise for as long as one can remain, and when one cannot remain, one should recite. Although doing so avoids the fault of separation, if one does not focus solely on meditating on the completion stage, then the energy of generating bliss and warmth will not arise, and afterwards one must only meditate on this. Why is the main focus of supreme accomplishment the completion stage? From the four transmissions, relying on bliss and joy, from Caryapa to Tailopa Naropa, it is said that the transmission of tummo has descended. Although the six dharmas are the same in meaning, there are slight differences, which are: either meditate completely on the self-generation of the five deities, or focus solely on meditating on recollection and completion. The outer is a blue Dharma robe.
