Like erecting a tent, The inside is empty, like blowing on a reed. The three channels and four chakras are like the six dharmas, Clearly visualize and blow air like a nine-section bamboo. Meditate on the four unions and hold the great vase. At that time, practice the five-limbed illusory wheel. At that time, when the air is held, Sit in vajra posture and hold the air well. Touch the right hand to both knees and forehead, Ring the bell six times, counting as one. Like that, up to thirty-six times, The air can be held inside, which is the lowest. Double that is medium, and being able to hold up to a hundred times is the best. The meaning of that is from the Tantra of the Source of Samvara, First know the vase breath, Then sit in vajra posture, Rub the hands three times, Then ring the bell six times, Until thirty-six times. The great effort of three times is, More than one hundred and eight times. As it is said, when the signs of air appear, At the upper end of the central channel, at the Brahma aperture of the crown, Visualize a white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: haṃ) syllable, head pointing down. In the center of the throat channel, a white ༀ་ (Tibetan: ༀ་, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) syllable, head pointing up. In the center of the heart, on a moon cushion, a blue ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) syllable, head pointing down. In the center of the navel, a red ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) syllable, head pointing up. Above འ་ཨཿ (Tibetan: འ་ཨཿ, Devanagari: N/A, Romanized Sanskrit: N/A, Literal meaning: N/A) is a dot, a half-moon, Adorned with nada (Tibetan: ནཱ་ད་, Devanagari: नाद, Romanized Sanskrit: nāda, Literal meaning: sound) like hair. Meditate on it being extremely clear and shining, and the clear appearance will arise. Meditate on the bodhicitta melting like butter, The experience of bliss will arise. In detail, place vowels and consonants in the channel petals, Although there are arrangements, these four syllables are enough. Many targets are not profound, stability is profound. Four fingers below the navel, at the junction of the three channels, The vertical stroke above ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: N/A, Romanized Sanskrit: N/A, Literal meaning: N/A) is like a cinnabar painting, The three-cornered fine channel is thick at the tip, the color of burnt iron, Like the cut end of a buckthorn thorn pointing upwards. At first it is like a mustard seed, in the middle like a pea, It is said that generating small tummo is profound. Holding the air from the two channels, left and right, blow there, Like blowing on a coal fire, From the syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and ཨ་ཤད་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: N/A, Romanized Sanskrit: N/A, Literal meaning: N/A), fire blazes, Burning the syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) in the heart and the syllable ༀ་ (Tibetan: ༀ་, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) in the throat. The channel places are filled with fire to the end of the pores, Burning the sins, obscurations, diseases, and demons accumulated from beginningless time, Burning the impure aggregates, elements, and sense bases, Meditate on transforming them into a pure wisdom body, While holding the air, perform the six cycles of Naropa. At that

Through effort, heat will arise, arising from the outside and arising from the inside, and there are also spontaneous arising and forced arising. Do not wear woolen clothes, learn to gradually reduce clothing. Indicate nutritious food, cherish and do not lose the bindu. With the light of fire, from the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 种子字) at the crown of the head, the bodhicitta continuously descends, filling each chakra location in order. The letters in the throat and heart are clearer than before. In the navel chakra, when the short ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿) meets the bodhicitta, contemplate the arising of immeasurable bliss. For the channels, winds, and descending, increasing bodhicitta, etc., if you are worried that bliss will truly arise and the bodhicitta will be lost, contemplate the blazing of tummo fire, the bodhicitta fleeing upwards, and dissolving into the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 种子字) at the crown of the head. If the bliss is small, then guide the bodhicitta downwards, either gradually guiding it between the secret place and the root of the channel, or at the tip of the jewel, contemplate the bodhicitta as small as a mustard seed, focusing on the touch that has bliss. Then, from the pistil of the lotus of the consort, the light of the tummo fire enters the phrau vajra. The bindu rises upwards and dissolves into the letter ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 种子字) at the crown of the head. Contemplate the entire body being filled with the fire of wisdom. Like this, contemplate the manner of fleeing and dissolving for a long time. The best is direct perception, the intermediate is experience, and the worst is the appearance in one's own mind. As a precursor to the winds entering the central channel, even if it is difficult for the signs to actually appear, some similar signs will definitely occur, although the order is spoken of, there is no definite order. Like a mirage, like water, bluish and dim. Like smoke, dim and billowing. Like fireflies, like sparks scattering, red and sparkling. Called having sound, dark and thick, black and rising. Because warmth arises, the bodhicitta increases, and bliss increases. Thoughts do not scatter, and the fire remains steadily. Then, after a little while, the winds enter the central channel, and a clear appearance like a cloudless sky arises. At this time, the pointing out of the nature of mind should be done, this is the tradition of Naropa and Marpa. From the very beginning, the pointing out of Mahamudra, the system of Maitri was developed by Dagpo. Therefore, first pointing out Mahamudra, and then using tummo to enhance its power, this practice is very prevalent. Here is just a seed of a chapter, the details should be learned from the treatises on the Six Dharmas. The sixth chapter of the root index of the completion stage of the Five Deities of Chakrasamvara, the explanation of the contemplation sections. Then, the union of the generation and completion stages, from the Chakrasamvara Abhisamaya, suppressing the senses with root power.
