In the center of the crossed seat of the Dharma origin of E's nature, ignorance and the aggregate of form are purified. In the center of the lotus sun of the essence of Dharmadhatu wisdom, the fire of Chandali wisdom, the heart of the Blessed Mother, the non-conceptual wisdom light, which can be perceived by each individual, manifests as the essence of wisdom vajra, in the form of the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH) syllable, the nature of bliss. The color red is the nature of compassion. The clear light is the nature of emptiness. The hot touch is the nature of the four vajras, long with a tsek and drag. On the sun outside of that, the speech of the Blessed Mother, the complete enjoyment body, the essence of all the aggregates of Dharma, the string of mantras, the letters are straight in front, arranged in order clockwise, with appropriate spacing, red and emitting firelight, appearing to rotate to the left. On the four petals are the essences of the four wisdoms, the four syllables HA RI NI SA. The self-color faces inward and remains straight, and in the six holes of the Dharma origin, the nature of bliss, the white joy swirl, oily and full, is contemplated as rotating to the left. This is the Blessed Mother herself abiding in the form of seed syllables and mantras together with the wheel. The Compendium of Disciplines states: "The mantra itself is the form of the yogini, the yogini herself is the form of the mantra. If you desire the supreme state, then these should not be separated." And, "Ocean of Dakinis, the co-emergent letter Yogini." As it is said, it is capable of accomplishing all the meanings of the supreme and common, therefore it is called the Wheel that Accomplishes All Purposes. Then, in the hearts of the chief mothers of the four wheels, contemplate four petals of lotus flowers of their respective colors, and in the center of the sun, place their respective seed syllables, and the chief mother moves to the east, and the seed syllable of the east moves to the south, and so on in order, the chief and retinue move: In the heart of the Karma Dakini of the navel wheel, on the green lotus navel, on the sun, place the green SA (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, literal Chinese meaning: SA) syllable. On the four petals, in the east is the red HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH), in the south is the blue HA (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, literal Chinese meaning: HA), in the west is the yellow RI (Tibetan: རི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, literal Chinese meaning: RI), in the north is the red NI (Tibetan: ནི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, literal Chinese meaning: NI). In the hearts of the retinues, there is only the green SA (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, literal Chinese meaning: SA) syllable. Similarly, in the heart are the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH), HA (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, literal Chinese meaning: HA), RI (Tibetan: རི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, literal Chinese meaning: RI), and SA (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, literal Chinese meaning: SA) syllables, and for the retinues, it is red. In the throat are the RI (Tibetan: རི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, literal Chinese meaning: RI), HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH), HA (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, literal Chinese meaning: HA), NI (Tibetan: ནི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, literal Chinese meaning: NI), and SA (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, literal Chinese meaning: SA) syllables, and for the retinues, it is yellow RI (Tibetan: རི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, literal Chinese meaning: RI). On the crown of the head are the HA (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, literal Chinese meaning: HA), HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: HRIH), RI (Tibetan: རི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रि, Sanskrit Romanization: ri, literal Chinese meaning: RI), NI (Tibetan: ནི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: णि, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇi, literal Chinese meaning: NI), and SA (Tibetan: ས་, Sanskrit Devanagari: स, Sanskrit Romanization: sa, literal Chinese meaning: SA) syllables.

And the retinue is the blue Ha. Here, a few doubts should be examined. Some Tibetan teachers consider Ha Ri Ni to be the seed syllable of the four retinues, and in the context of the Completion Stage, they consider it to be the seed syllable of Anuttara, etc. Because it is not mentioned in the scriptures, they forbid saying "it is self-created" and replace it with the seed syllables of the four mothers, Lam, Mam, etc. In the Completion Stage, they say that five fundamental short vowels are needed as seed syllables. Furthermore, they say that the great Tantra of Non-Dual Victory is also a false Tantra, but that is not true. Lord Chosgrags Gyatso said in a reply that in general, both the Tantra and the oral instructions change, the Tantra changes but the oral instructions do not change, the oral instructions change but the Tantra does not change, and neither changes, so there are four possibilities. Ha Ri Ni is the seed syllable of the earth, etc., which means that the oral instructions change but the Tantra does not change. Many profound Vajravarahi practices have emerged according to the tradition of the great teacher Padmasambhava. Each of the holy ones in this practice lineage that appeared in India and Tibet mostly heard the Dharma directly from Vajrayogini. All of them said this with one voice. In particular, Lord Naropa said, "The four letters that control the four elements, the secret key of the four classes of Dakinis, are said to be the mantra that arises from desire." And, "The four letters of self-arisen wisdom, arise in the Dharmadhatu and play in the Dharmadhatu." Therefore, in the early and later Tantras in which Vajravarahi appeared, these four letters are clearly explained. Nevertheless, Kunchen Bu explains that the Tantra in which Vajravarahi appeared is a source of doubt, and it seems that Buton Chokyi Gyalpo translated it into Tibetan. However, I do not see it as reliable. Even someone like Kunkhyen Bu Rinpoche wrote in Buton's History of Buddhism, "Some people doubt the two, Ra-li-so, but there is no need to doubt, because it is a Sanskrit version that Gayadhara told to Drogmi." In the General Tantra Section, it is said that the one Ra-li-so, except for Rnyog-med, should be examined to see if it is a Tantra or not. In the separately used Catalogue of the Collected Tantras, it is clearly announced that Rnyog-med is mixed with other Ra-lis and is discarded because it is not a Tantra. So, which of these three is true?
