It is also said to be a true place. However, strongly meditating on non-objectification, which prevents all objects of focus, is like having nothing at all. Non-objectification! Thinking that one should not cling to objects and saying so verbally, how can these people understand the key point of non-objectification? If one clings to non-objectification, that is a disease that is very difficult to destroy. These common recitation sequences become very numerous due to the upper and lower tantras and the sequences of each tantra. Details can be understood from the Vajra Dakini, Sambhuta, and the Great General Collection. The recitation arrangement I have made is also in another place. In short, take the rosary that has the characteristics, and visualize that the retinue of Vajrayogini, arising from the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: shame), dissolves into light, its essence being the deity, its form being a garland of fifty-one fresh human heads. Then, visualize that the deity on the left hand dissolves into the Lhasa vase, and with the iron hook of the thumb, pull the beads inward. From the seed syllable and mantra that accomplish all purposes, red light radiates, filling the body, purifying diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. Radiating outward, it burns the armies of obstructing forces, and all outer vessels are visualized as Dharma source palaces, and all inner sentient beings are visualized as the form of the Bhagavati. These collections of forms, as well as all Buddhas, are also gathered by rays of light into the form of Vajrayogini, dissolving into the seed syllable at the navel, becoming inseparable from oneself. Visualize the seed syllable burning brightly red in the light, and then silently recite the heart mantra. This is the common recitation. Secondly, the uncommon recitation has five recitation sequences: the recitation of visualizing the clear form, the small cessation recitation, the expanding and contracting recitation, and the Vajra recitation. These are the four recitation sequences for beginners. The great cessation recitation is the direct instruction of the scripture and oral instructions, and is the supreme recitation sequence for yogis. There are five in total. For all of these, except for the essential point of the body being the holding of the rosary with the hand, the others possess the five qualities of meditation. Slightly raise the lower breath, then slightly rotate the body, accompanied by shaking, so that the body does not remain still; the mouth should not be interrupted by words, so that the recitation does not stop; the mind should not be interrupted by afflictions, conceptual thoughts, other thoughts, and mundane thoughts, but should focus on their respective objects.

Without distraction in action, without the mind dwelling, that is, reciting without separating from the three non-dwellings. Among these, first is the recitation of visualizing the deity: Initially, visualize the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) at the center of the wheel that accomplishes all purposes, which is the essence of non-conceptual wisdom vajra, the nature of bliss, red in color; the nature of compassion, with clear radiance; the nature of emptiness, with a hot touch; the four vajras are inseparable, soaring in the sky, possessing a long sound and two stress marks, and recite focusing on this. Then, visualize the speech, the essence of the Sambhogakaya, the syllables ཡིག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: य, Romanized Sanskrit: ya, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya), བ་ཡིག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: व, Romanized Sanskrit: va, Literal Chinese meaning: Wa), ཛྲ་ཡིག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ज, Romanized Sanskrit: ja, Literal Chinese meaning: Za), etc., the mantra strings, each one distinct, red and clear, emitting sound, and recite focusing on this. Similarly, visualize the sun, the lotus pericarp, the stamen, the four syllables, the petals, the stem, the joyful swirl, the intersecting dharmodayas, that is, each of the wheels that accomplish all purposes. Then, visualize the confluence of the three channels, the central channel's space up to the navel chakra. Then, in the navel chakra, first the seed syllable ས་ཡིག་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: स, Romanized Sanskrit: sa, Literal Chinese meaning: Sa) of the Karma Dakini's heart, the four syllables, the lotus. The Karma Dakini's crown, the half vajra, the braided hair, the wheel, the head ornament, the face, the three eyes, etc., up to the corpse seat and the lotus. Then, the seed syllables of all the deities of the mandala in order. Then, each of the deities of the mandala. Then, visualize the chakras and recite, similarly, visualize and recite gradually upwards to the Great Bliss Chakra. Then, from the vajra's inner guru's body and retinue, and the half vajra, etc., to the outer body color, hand implements, ornaments, attire, everything, visualize gradually from top to bottom, up to the lotus seat. Then, visualize the dharmodaya of the palace seat, the charnel ground, the protection wheel, the countless goddesses of the door frame, and recite, this is called visualizing from the inside out. Again, reverse the order, from the assembly of gate-keeping goddesses, the protection wheel, etc., gradually from the outside, and the lotus corpse seat, the sun, etc., gradually from bottom to top up to the guru, then visualize and recite the seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) gradually from top to bottom, this is called visualizing from the outside in. For those of dull faculties, if they cannot meditate in this way, then first the syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha), the mantra string, the four syllables, then the syllables of the navel chakra, etc., only the syllables of the mantra.
