For the sake of accomplishment, do not seek any kind of accomplishment. Do not pursue worldly accomplishments such as the accomplishment of mantras, the accomplishment of instructions, auspicious vases, underground treasures, kingship, prosperity, domination, and magical powers. Why is that? For the sake of great accomplishment, do not generate desire for small accomplishments. One should focus single-mindedly on the accomplishment of non-discrimination. Thus it is said. In "Eliminating Wrong Conceptions" it is also said: These Dharma teachings of Paṇḍita Bara Choki explain the Dharma without any essential meaning. The permission of Monbu Putra exchanges the hidden profound Dharma for gold. This is the true and fair measure of the wise. Alas, these Chinese texts that have become false Dharma are a bad fate. Those translators have little merit. Being able to gather these three refuges is the great power of the wise! Thus it is said. Secondly, there are four points regarding the actual instructions: how to practice, how to behave after accomplishment, the vows to protect, and the ultimate result. The first point has three parts: the generation stage, the completion stage, and the meaning of the limbs. The first part has four points: the place to practice, the time to practice, the arrangement of the practice, and the actual practice. The first point is: the top of a mountain and a charnel ground, under a single tree and an empty cave, and remote and solitary places. That is to say, the top of a great mountain is a place where vidyādharas and the chief of ḍākinīs gather, so it is easy to attain accomplishment. Similarly, a charnel ground refers to the eight great charnel grounds and other places that are always called charnel grounds, and places that have a collection of four corpses, which are sometimes also called charnel grounds, because worldly ḍākinīs gather there. A single tree refers to the center of a large forest, where only one tree exists like a king, like under a tree in a monastery, where only one tree exists alone, or up to forty-nine "doms" (a unit of measurement) away, or a large tree where there are no other trees as far as one's shadow reaches, or at least there are no other trees of the same kind nearby, which is a place where field protectors gather. The empty cave of a monastery,

The dilapidated and old places are the places where the dakinis gather. The borderland is: a yojana away from the village is the temple, which is where various dakinis gather. A secluded place is: a place where there is no coming and going of sentient beings. As Lord Milarepa said: During the day, it is far from the hustle and bustle of sentient beings, at night it is far from sounds and noises, and there are no roads where thieves haunt. These are the common places of the Mother Tantra. The oral instructions say: In particular, the red rock facing west, not contaminated by bird droppings, is the uncommon practice place for the generation and completion stages. The Manifest Enlightenment Tantra also says: Mountain valleys, dense caves, riverbanks and confluences, seashores, solitary trees and empty houses, the homes of female demons and cemeteries, various beautiful gardens, temples are the places of stupas, homes or crossroads, which can perfectly grant all wishes, practitioners should practice here. Similarly, the Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara says: The six yoginis are in Kuluta, in the desolate land there are female demons, Sindura is the abode of Lama, the clan mother is in Nagara, Saurashtra and Lambaka, the clan goddesses reside here. And so on, until the golden continent has moles. In this way, it is explained that the dakini races reside in each of the twenty-four places. Other tantras also describe thirty-two places in the same way, so the places where dakinis reside achieve quickly. If there is no such place, then practice in a quiet and pleasant place, and those that have been taught many times before are also taught to subdue the aspirations of the beings to be tamed. The Manifest Enlightenment Tantra says: The place has been indicated, or in a place where the mind is joyful, wanting to meditate in various places, there one can truly achieve. By combining the thoughts of the beings to be tamed, there are many differences in meditation. By the way, the identity of the practitioner is also said in that tantra: There is no external discrimination, all discrimination is dharmata, there is no behavior and doubt, completely abandoning stinginess, there are no dharma numbers and constellations, not paying attention to fasting vows and rituals, there is no purity and impurity, the water of...
