Also, sprinkle nectar pills on clean water and vajra water, etc. In short, the absence of conceptualization itself is the supreme substance of samaya, and all that is grasped as a sign is not a substance of samaya. Likewise, blood-flesh torma and other samaya substances such as blood-wine are also like this situation. However, it is not blood-flesh that is killed for that purpose, nor is it blood-flesh that is obtained by price, because if there is an eater, there is a killer, and from wherever the killed flesh is taken or bought, those are flesh with signs and faults, so mantra practitioners are not allowed to eat it as a samaya substance. As for naturally dead animals, no matter when or where, they are not killed for the purpose of eating, and even naturally dead animals are discarded, those are easy to obtain and without faults. Therefore, for those, do not be bound by the grasping of tastes such as good or bad and delicious or not, but equalize the taste in wisdom, and yogis should enjoy it. Therefore, the five meats are allowed in India because they are not killed for the sake of meat. If in some place, some of the five meats are killed for the purpose of eating, then those should be abandoned, and in that place, something that is known to be without signs should be taken, as stated in the Kalachakra. At that time, because in Tibet there is killing for the sake of beef, it is actually possible to substitute something like crow meat for beef. When there is fear of being condemned by people, etc., then those foods and drinks, etc., that will not be condemned should be blessed through rituals. The downfall of not relying on samaya substances is that when practicing tummo yoga, one should rely on five meats and five nectar pills the size of mustard seeds. Tasting nectar, and not valuing samaya substances in one's mind, will itself counteract the fault, and if immature people see samaya substances and do not believe, then the fault of not protecting the minds of others in the Paramita vehicle, and the downfall of revealing the secrets of mantra will occur. Therefore, for yogis themselves, all dharmas are pure from the beginning, so for clean or unclean, edible or inedible, praiseworthy or blameworthy, etc., Without attachment or aversion, not bound by the grasping of conceptualization, and in conventional truth, because they know the support, place, time, and the minds of people, etc., they should act in a way that does not contradict those and their own path, and rely on themselves.

Therefore, one should avoid causing others to fall into evil ways. Nowadays, in this Tibetan land, most people eat meat under the name of "vow substances," and immediately after slaughtering livestock, they involve laypeople in union practices, or have their own attendants slaughter animals and engage in trade, saying that without meat and alcohol, there is no secret mantra. They act lustfully and confusedly like laypeople. Some people, like Brahmins seeing a string of insects, cover their eyes and noses from afar, considering meat and alcohol to be impure substances, incomparable to hundreds of thousands of impure things, while regarding milk and brown sugar water as nectar, and making tsampa into the shape of meat to enjoy with "bala bala" sounds. If both of these situations involve attachment to real things, then it does not appear to be the behavior of someone who understands the path of the highest secret mantra. Therefore, Lord Milarepa said: "Actions are divided into outer and inner." The tantra also says: "Outwardly maintain the conduct of a Shravaka, Inwardly delight in the wheel of gathering." This is to be done until one is able to transform the unbelief of others. Some people, fearing the loss of worldly gain and respect, hypocritically pretend to uphold discipline and Dharma outwardly while acting differently in secret. This is the behavior of a hypocrite. But this is not at all the same as the above situation. The former aims at attaining the state of Vajradhara, in order to temporarily avoid others from slandering the secret mantra and practitioners; the latter aims at gaining worldly gain and respect, fearing the loss of their own praise and respect. Why avoid others from slandering the secret mantra? Because Bodhisattvas attain enlightenment for the benefit of others, not for their own benefit. Even for the sake of a small benefit to others, they must repeatedly give up their own body, life, and possessions. If one causes others to fall into great sin because of oneself, how can one benefit others? There is no sin more terrible than slandering the path and practitioners of the Vajrayana, because in the present, dakinis and flesh-eating demons will kill them, or eight or sixteen great terrors will occur. In the future, if the slanderer is also a secret mantra practitioner, they will fall into the Vajra Hell, and in other places
