If it is said that it should be explained in this way, then even after the vase empowerment, saying to meditate on the impure, one cannot find the slightest reason to prevent it. Similarly, many Tibetans believe that for the disciple who is to receive the empowerment, the number-determined secret general tantra's teachings must be taken as the standard, but this is not the case. Because this general tantra is: Three thousand mandalas and five hundred spoken, these are all the general tantra of speech. This is because it is the general tantra of the three types of tantras' three thousand five hundred mandalas. It is also said in the Yoga Tantra that countless sentient beings can also enter the mandala. It is also said in the Kalachakra that all sentient beings can be summoned by the power of Samadhi and given empowerment. Therefore, how can it be limited to one aspect? The tantra and oral instructions themselves must be taken as the standard. In particular, if a qualified master wants to accept a disciple, if there is no merit, let alone union, even one is not possible. The most supreme merit is that the Bhagavan subdued a gathering of yoginis equal to the dust of thirty-six Mount Merus and eighty million yogic masters with one mandala and one tantra. Moreover, King Fame gave empowerment to four and a half million sages all at once. Therefore, it is not necessary to consider the limit of the number. There are also others who say that Hevajra and Kalachakra are non-dual tantras, therefore, whichever empowerment is obtained, all the tantras and oral instructions should be taught. This is also worth exploring. In terms of provisional meaning: Yoga mother tantra Hevajra, and all Buddhas rejoice in the Hevajra mandala. Because it is declared in the classification of the thirteen mother tantras, it is as well-known as the sun and moon to all scholars in India and Tibet. In terms of definitive meaning, it is also said in the Guhyasamaja: Yoga is not the practice of means, nor is it the practice of wisdom alone, means and wisdom are inseparable, the Tathagata's practice of yoga. And so on, because it is also declared in each of the tantras, therefore all tantras are non-dual tantras. Because what is explained is the union of skillful means and wisdom, and what is subdued are both parents, the details can be understood from the Kalachakra.

It should be so. However, even if both of those are acceptable, what is the empowerment that, through receiving it, qualifies one to be the teacher of all? If the empowerment that you bestow nowadays is the only one, then it would be like requesting the leftovers of an empowerment, and then one could freely explain whatever books one sees. But in reality, it is not like that. From Kriya (Sanskrit Devanagari: क्रिया, Sanskrit Romanization: kriyā, Chinese literal meaning: Action Tantra) to Kalachakra, even for the sake of each different tradition of empowerment, practice methods, and instructions of each tantra, one would travel all over Jambudvipa (Sanskrit Devanagari: जम्बुद्वीप, Sanskrit Romanization: Jambudvīpa, Chinese literal meaning: Jambudvipa), seeking without regard for body, life, and possessions, and practice them thoroughly. Then, when benefiting others again, one would say, "This is what my accomplished guru approves of, this is transmitted from here," explaining without mixing them up. And one would say, "This and this Dharma I sought in this way and obtained from this guru, but this and this I did not obtain because I did not find a guru." All the translators and pandits of the past who explained in this way seem like objects of pity to you. If you say that the empowerment we bestow is not like that, then if you claim that there is no Vajra Master more superior than you, then even the most supreme of all Vajra Masters cannot bestow the empowerment, because no one can possibly obtain it. What is the need to say such a thing? It is like a crow wearing a fox's hat, or a rabbit growing a four-fingered horn, if the son of Maheśvara (Sanskrit Devanagari: महेश्वर, Sanskrit Romanization: Maheśvara, Chinese literal meaning: Great Lord) places it on his head, he will become a Buddha. You also claim that there is no guru more superior than you, because you seem to have written that, in short, for all the instruction masters of Tibet and China, there is no higher meditation instruction than these worldly samadhis. If that is the case, then the instruction masters of India must be the Bhagavan (Sanskrit Devanagari: भगवान्, Sanskrit Romanization: bhagavān, Chinese literal meaning: Blessed One), Sarah (Sanskrit Devanagari: सरह, Sanskrit Romanization: Sarah, Chinese literal meaning: Sarah), Padmasambhava, Tilopa (Sanskrit Devanagari: तिलोपा, Sanskrit Romanization: Tilopa, Chinese literal meaning: Tilopa), Naropa (Sanskrit Devanagari: नारोपा, Sanskrit Romanization: Nāropa, Chinese literal meaning: Naropa), Atisha (Sanskrit Devanagari: अतिश, Sanskrit Romanization: Atiśa, Chinese literal meaning: Atisha), Dharmapala (Sanskrit Devanagari: धर्मपाल, Sanskrit Romanization: Dharmapāla, Chinese literal meaning: Dharma Protector) Indians and those who accomplished the heart essence. In Tibet, it must be Mahamudra, Dzogchen, Shije, Chod, and Mind Training practitioners, there is no doubt about that. Furthermore, when explaining the three empowerments of "cause, path, and result," what is that empowerment? Whichever empowerment of cause or path you want, then that empowerment does not need the empowerment of result, because the teacher of all tantras is Vajradhara (Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रधर, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajradhara, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Holder), and since one has already become Vajradhara, is it the empowerment of result?
