The great bliss of binding the root wind and bindu into the central channel during sleep is the mudra. The ultimate meaning is that the Prajnaparamita, realizing the vajra's suchness, is the supreme unchanging wisdom. The final meaning is that the innate, uncreated, and non-dual Mahamudra is the true mudra, because they bind all dharmas. Considering this, the Mahamaya says, "Having seized from all the Buddhas, one enjoys the daughter born from the supreme goddess." As for places: "A single tree and a cemetery, the house of a Matrika and the night, or in a solitary place or on the edge, meditation is said to be good." The venerable Saraha said, "Having entered a lowly city." And, "Wandering everywhere." And, "How does one sometimes dwell in the middle of a market?" And, "Sometimes entering a cemetery, one enjoys the lamps, and with a fearless mind, one sleeps in the abode of pretas." Therefore, the places where great practitioners reside, under a single tree, cemeteries filled with corpses and zombies, and at times such as night, the terrifying places of Matrikas, solitary places, and the edges of villages. Furthermore, the twenty-four sacred sites spoken of in the root tantra of Chakrasamvara, Vajra Dakini, Sdom 'byung, Abhidhana, and Kunjara, the thirty-two sacred sites spoken of in the Two Examinations, the thirty-five sacred sites spoken of in the fifth examination of the Sambuta, the thirty-six sacred sites spoken of in the Great Seal Bindu, and the forty-eight sacred sites spoken of in the Dakini Ocean, these are the great sacred sites where accomplished ones travel and enjoy. The ultimate meaning is that the dhati and the supreme unchanging great bliss is the single tree, the cemetery is the killing of the discriminating thoughts of the movement of karma wind, the dharma-arising of the navel and the lotus of wisdom are the house of the Matrika, and the chakras are the solitary places and edges. Similarly, the places and elements of the body such as the crown of the head, and the order of the twenty-four channels, etc., these are all great sacred sites, and in all these places, by blocking the wind and discriminating thoughts, practicing the supreme unchanging wisdom is the ultimate meaning. In the Kalachakra it says that due to the control of the thirty-seven deities of the north, there are thirty-seven external places, and also external

Now, in order to unite the four hundred million worlds with the inner Vajra body and other mandala wheels into one, (there are) places and nearby places, fields and nearby fields, desires and nearby desires, gatherings and nearby gatherings, houses and nearby houses, cemeteries and close relatives, totaling twelve places. Internally, combine the twelve major joints and the wheels of the body, and externally, divide each of the twelve places into four, saying there are forty-eight places. The thirty-seven places and the twelve places are, roughly speaking, the world of the four continents, the small world, subtly speaking, each place such as Tibet and China, and extremely subtly speaking, even one village is fully equipped, and it is explained as being established on the body of the yogi. When practicing, what should be done if begging for the body or other things occurs? "After giving the alms of the body, practice correctly from the outside, by distinguishing between those with and without karmic connection, therefore one should not give alms." Therefore, first, with an equal mind, give all the body and possessions to all sentient beings, knowing that no dharma belongs to anyone, and practice without any clinging to self and mine. At that time, even if begging for the body or other things occurs, in order not to arise the discriminating thoughts of giving and not giving, merely exhausting arrogance, the gods of the demon class and others begging with provocative thoughts will not stop. If, by clearly seeing the present, one sees the occasion of becoming a great event of self-interest and the interest of others, one should also give. The Vinaya Sutra says: "Wealth, wife, and life itself, should all be given away. Liberated from these three bonds, one can constantly practice." The definitive meaning is: offering one-sixth of what belongs to the lama, not clinging to any dharma as my own, not giving with the clinging of the three wheels, and giving without intention, as stated in the Great Commentary of Naropa. The actual practice is: "With the practice of the Vajra skull cup, these are recitation and meditation. Completely abandon greed, ignorance, fear, and anger, as well as the results of shame. Having abandoned one's own sleep, practice without doubt." And "Completely liberated from the precepts and empowerments, similarly, cowardice and shame, by the nature of all things, the yogi distinguishes.
