Like a large tree where there are no other trees, or at least no other trees of the same kind nearby, it is a place where farmers gather. The empty caves of temples and the remains of old cities are places where dakinis such as Phramenma and Mashaza gather. Remote places: A yojana away from the village is a temple, a place where various dakinis gather. Solitary places: Where there is no traffic of people. As Lord Milarepa said, "A place secluded from the hustle and bustle of people during the day, secluded from sounds and noises at night, and where there are no paths frequented by thieves." Like this, these are common places for the Mother Tantra in general. The oral instructions say, "In particular, a red rock facing west, not contaminated by bird droppings." This is the uncommon practice place for the generation and completion stages. The Manifest Enlightenment Tantra also says, "In mountain valleys, dense caves, riverbanks and confluences, seashores, solitary trees and empty houses, the homes of mamos and cemeteries, various excellent gardens, temples and stupa places, houses or crossroads, which bestow all desires, the practitioner should practice there." Similarly, the Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara says, "The six yoginis are in Kuluta, in desolate lands are the mamos, Sindur is the abode of Lama, the chief of the lineage is in Nagarara, Saurashtra and Lambaka, the goddesses of the lineage reside." And so on, up to "In the Golden Island is the one with moles." It describes which dakini lineages reside in each of the twenty-four sacred places. Other tantras also describe the thirty-two sacred places in this way, so in those places where dakinis reside, accomplishments are swift. If one cannot accomplish in such places, one should practice in a solitary and pleasant place. The many places mentioned earlier are also taught to suit the inclinations of those to be tamed. The Manifest Enlightenment Tantra says, "The place has been pointed out, or wherever the mind is pleased, desiring to meditate in various places, there one will truly accomplish. According to the inclinations of those to be tamed, there are many divisions of meditation." Incidentally, regarding the individual practitioner, it is also said in that tantra, "Without external conceptualizations, all conceptualizations are the nature of reality."

Without actions and doubts, completely abandoning stinginess, without Dharma numbers and constellations, not mainly relying on the Uposatha ritual, without purity and impurity, without the act of cleansing with water, liberated from time and limitations, completely abandoning the practice of cleanliness. Thus, the lineage of the disciple, oneself knowing mantra and yoga, diligently working for the benefit of all sentient beings. Thus, it is taught along with the order of maturation, not being an internal or external discriminator, without stinginess, free from deceit and arrogance, not clinging to cleanliness, accommodating the substances of inner and outer vows in the mind, not clinging too much to the vows of the Lesser Vehicle and the movement of constellations, etc., possessing compassion, entering for the sake of protecting all sentient beings. Such faith in this path is the vessel for this Dharma. The Vajra Acharya who has attained Mahamudra ripens the continuum with this blessing, and when the path of generation and completion is shown and understood, then for the sake of sentient beings, one practices in order to desire enlightenment in a short time. If the disciple later becomes a suitable vessel, but now has many conceptual thoughts, then the empowering empowerment is performed extensively, and the disciple will not be wasted by guiding them in the order of the three kinds of notes as they are. Therefore, the great medicine of simultaneous arising, the great poison of gradual progression. As it is said, according to how the disciple's mind stream needs to be guided, maturation is also such that the best of faculties can attain simultaneous maturation and liberation merely by seeing the face of the Vajra Master or by being blessed. Those with sharp faculties generate wisdom in their mind stream merely through the blessing of Samadhi, and therefore do not hesitate on the path and develop faith, and this is called the maturation of the mind stream. If a person is naturally prone to conceptual thoughts, or if the hollow of the mud of various views in this life is a pond filled with the water of conceptual thoughts, and the last drop of water from washing a vessel of secret mantra milk a thousand times is poured into it, then this is called the ocean of milk of the Vajra Vehicle, and those who cling to the white and sweet essence as milk are a collection of ignorance, so the teacher who proclaims and lives (in) Tibet.
