Gathering everything into oneself, and again dissolving into just hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥). That too gradually dissolves from below, finally becoming an extremely subtle sound, disappearing without a trace, abiding in luminosity, and again in an instant, like a bubble from water, arising as the vessel, mandala, and the nature of the Blessed Mother, dedicating the merit. Transforming food into nectar, using it as a feast gathering to worship the deities of the body mandala, and offering the leftovers with the ritual of leftover offerings. Likewise, the seat is a lotus sun disc, the clothes are bone ornaments, animal skins, and other appropriate attire and ornaments. The speech is the mantra of Vairochana. All places are the land of Oddiyana (乌仗那) and charnel grounds. The house is the palace of the Dharmadhatu. All appearances are the body of the Blessed Mother. All sounds are mantras. Knowing all thoughts and concepts to be unborn Dharma nature, cutting off thoughts and when sleeping, in the completion stage, gather between the syllables of hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), focusing on hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥). Likewise, gather into the ni of the heart, the ri of the throat, or the ha of the crown of the head, focusing on that and sleeping. Or, also gather that into emptiness, abiding in luminosity and sleeping. When waking up in the morning, visualize the Blessed Mother descending from the sky, urging you on with the sound of the ḍamaru and mantra, and arise and proceed as before. When practicing, the protection wheel is not gathered in at any time of day or night, but is visualized clearly in the later session, and from then on, generation and dissolution are performed. In this way, one can practice four, six, three, or two sessions a day. Generally, considering those with dull faculties, it is said to practice many sessions. If one practices many sessions, then each session will give rise to practice, otherwise practice will not arise. For those with sharp faculties, it is mainly said to practice few sessions, because the intervals between sessions are short, so the practice can be condensed into a whole. Therefore, this lineage mainly emphasizes the single session practice that is inseparable from the meditative and post-meditative states. In short, ordinary conceptual thoughts that are not grasped by the generation and completion stages should not be allowed to remain for even a moment. From the Two Examinations Tantra: Washing feet and eating, scattering, drinking, chewing toothpicks, rubbing hands with sandalwood, covering the knees with the lower garment, arising, speaking, walking, sitting, being angry, and frolicking, without relying on the Blessed Mother, by the wise yogi.
