Intense movement is the gathering of the life force of the outer body of the dakinis, which is truly the body, prana, speech, bindu, and mind of Narok Dakini. This controls the supreme central channel of the channels. As it is said in the Abhisambodhi Tantra: "Life and effort are well restrained, if thought, it will ignite in an instant." Knowing that prana is the essence of mantra, without interruption by ordinary words, reciting the secret mantra with one-pointed concentration is the life force of speech, which is the binding of the inner essence of wisdom prana. Not conceptually thinking, abiding in the natural state of reality as it is, without distraction for even a moment, is the life force of mind, which is the binding of the life of bindu, the bindu of wisdom. Therefore, it is said in the scriptures: "The four letters of self-born wisdom, arise in space and play in space. The object to be grasped and the mind that grasps, are not established in the true meaning." The meaning of these, understood from the key points of the natural state of reality and the blessings of the guru, by the power of familiarity with the previous stages of recitation, the appearance of the outer and inner stages of creation are clear like illusions and water moons, free from truth and falsehood, and are not mixed with conceptual thoughts such as self-nature or not, existence or non-existence, purity or impurity, and are not intentionally abandoned. In short, not belonging to conceptual thoughts and the realm of mind, spontaneously accomplished in the original nature, this is the supreme meditation of creation and completion without distinction. For example, if the body of the Tathagata is beautifully crafted from the gold of the Zambu River in the heavenly realm, it is worthy of respect in the world in terms of both cause and shape. Similarly, among all the non-dual samatha and vipassana, the most supreme is this meditation of creation and completion without distinction. As it is said in the Abhisambodhi Tantra: "Recitation and meditation are truly complete, all conceptual thoughts are completely abandoned, with this supreme samaya recitation, it is the supreme recitation of the victorious ones of secret mantra." And as it is said in the Sambuta Tantra: "Therefore, the Buddha is not a thing, nor is it the principle of non-existence, the body with the forms of face and hands, is the supreme bliss without form, therefore all beings are born together." And so on, extensively explained in all the tantras.
