精华在于脑和骨髓。Rakta(藏文),即红色或贪恋和血,是五甘露或五灯。那ra(藏文)是人。

The essence resides in the brain and marrow. Rakta (Tibetan), which is red or attachment and blood, is the five amritas or five lamps. Nara (Tibetan) is a person. Go (Tibetan) has nine meanings, but here it refers to a cow. Kukku (Tibetan) is a dog. Hasti (Tibetan) is an elephant. Hyata (Tibetan), the meat of these is the five iron hooks or five meats. In the Father Tantra, it is said that the five self-substances are the five amritas, and the five meats are the five heroes. Lord Naropa said in the commentary on the Outer Tantra of the Compendium, "The substances arising from oneself, namely feces, urine, semen, blood, and saliva, these five are the five heroes," that is, the five meats, which are practiced and consumed through oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,oṃ āḥ hūṃ,啊 吽,). These are cultivated by increasing understanding and practice, protecting against diseases and evil spirits, and enabling the attainment of immortality. Therefore, it is Amrita (藏文,梵文天城体,amṛta,不死), that is, immortality or nectar. The Two Examinations state: "Medicine is completely edible, water is always drinkable, it will not be overwhelmed by aging and disease, and it will always be protected." The abbreviation of the first letter of the Sanskrit names of the ten Samaya beings are their respective seed syllables. Therefore, in the center is Mā (藏文), from the essence of water, Vajra urine, the aggregate of consciousness, and the nature of Akshobhya, like a pile of blue lapis lazuli. To its east is Bi (藏文), from the essence of space, Vajra feces, the aggregate of form, and the nature of Vairochana, like shattered crystal. To the south is Ra (藏文), from the essence of fire, Rakta (藏文) or Sinhala, the aggregate of perception, and the nature of Ratnasambhava, like gold. To the west is Śā (藏文), from the essence of earth, white bodhicitta, the aggregate of feeling, and the nature of Amitabha, like a pile of mercury. To the north is Mā (藏文), from the essence of wind, the brain, the aggregate of volition, and the nature of Amoghasiddhi, with a white and red luster, which is the nature of the five Buddha families, the five kinds of nectar. Similarly, in the center is Na (藏文), the nature of Māmakī, human flesh. To the southeast is Go (藏文), the nature of Vajradhatvishvari, beef. To the southwest is Ku (藏文), the nature of Pandaravasini, dog meat. To the northwest is Dha (藏文), the nature of Locanā, elephant meat. To the northeast is Ha (藏文), the nature of Tara, horse meat. Each of these five meats is red and shiny, like a pile of red sandalwood. Each of these ten substances is bounded by the sky, and through their respective seed syllables, they gather again in the center, which is the nectar of the Samaya of the root Vajradhara.

In general, the five meats are the substance of means, so they are called father, and the five nectars are the substance of wisdom, so they are called mother, but here, relying on the mother tantra's emphasis on wisdom, the pure union is achieved according to the order of how they are arranged in the directions. All means and wisdom are established by many temporary changes due to necessity and interdependence. The inner meaning says: Man is means, mind is wisdom. Woman is wisdom, mind is means. The center is wisdom, the directions are means. Ultimate is means, conventional is wisdom. Wisdom is also similarly reversed. Like this, one should understand countless things. Or, due to the mandala, the five nectars are combined as the nature of the five dakinis, and the five meats are combined as the nature of the five Herukas. Those are not combined as different ones, because the Herukas always abide in union with the form of khatvanga. Then, in order to encourage the wise ones, one's own yogini emits from the left nostril the wind of the nature of effortful body in the form of the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), moving the banner and the wind wheel, swirling like dust in the khalonga, fiercely igniting the fire wheel, making the skull greatly warm, and the substances change, melt, and boil, the impure parts are spat out in the form of bubbles, and the pure parts boil in the form of white and red, in the waves like clouds, from bottom to top are successively the three letters Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, literal meaning: Āḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), white, red, and blue, or all three are white and red in form, with their heads facing down, stacked from top to top, from which emanate five-colored rays, gathering all the essence of the accomplished ones such as gods, asuras, and nagas, and inviting from the hearts of all Buddhas the wisdom nectar of body, speech, and mind in five colors from all directions, dissolving into the nectar of the skull, and the three letters also become heavy with nectar, so they fall and melt, and bless the nectar of the samaya and the non-dual wisdom nectar ocean with the letters Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, literal meaning: Āḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ), and stabilize them with the three letters. This alone can also be combined with the outer container world and the inner body's principle of accomplishment and the indwelling vajra body, and other mandala wheels, and even the great seal, by combining and explaining all the tantras and instructions.
