When one's realization reaches perfection and one enters the realm of non-meditation, outwardly one behaves in a manner free from elaboration, engaging solely in great feasts that transcend all limitations. If combined with the individual behavioral biographies, it would become exceedingly clear and convincing, but here the words are daunting. Thus, these two states of non-elaboration, accompanied by great feasts that transcend all limitations, commonly accomplish the three, maturation, liberation, and purification, in both Sutra and Tantra. All aspects of the paths are completed, and from the six branches of mantra, the subsequent samadhi, and from the six dharmas, the illusory body, the yoga of clear light, and the mixed yoga of tummo are perfected. At the time of the path, one attains equality with mind and bindu, and the mind vajra and wisdom vajra are accomplished. One enters the mandala of the mind and the mandala of wisdom, essence, or great bliss. All these behaviors, if summarized from the perspective of boundaries, as long as one enters mantra but does not engage in the conduct of Samantabhadra, one is called a novice. One should properly protect the vows that have straightforward meaning and engage with devotion in the objects of one's faith. The vows of food and clothing should be engaged in without contradicting the terminology of place, time, and one's own basis. In the Vimalaprabha it says, "Therefore, a novice should also discern what is to be eaten and what is not to be eaten, what is of the same kind and what is not of the same kind, by the terminology of the place. In some places, one is completely purified by the water of a skull cup." And so on. "Therefore, a novice, if he greatly delights in practicing mantra and meditation, should use the terminology of place and caste until he has accomplished mantra or wisdom." The conduct of Samantabhadra, secret conduct, and the conduct of a mendicant are the conduct of a yogi. In the first two cases, one should keep the vows of eating and guarding extremely secret. In the Dvadasatattvanaya it says, "If not kept secret, snakes and thieves, and earth and fire will cause suffering." In the Vimalaprabha, these two are also included as novices. At the time of mendicancy, one openly practices in the appearance of people and reverses disbelief through power,

In "Vimalaprabha," it says: Thereafter, according to one's own desire, one can consume what is edible and what is not, traverse what is traversable and what is not, drink what is drinkable and what is not, and no one can harm them. Thus, a beginner becomes a yogi when the mantra is accomplished. It also says: Here, with a completely pure mind, a yogi can enter fire, and the fire will not burn them. They can subdue a drunken elephant, and the drunken elephant cannot kill them. They can ride lions and tigers, and the lions and tigers cannot destroy them. They can enter a river that crows drink from, and the river's current will not carry them away. They can eat poison, and the poison will not cause them to faint. They can eat swords and other weapons, and the weapons will not cut their mouths. Similarly, they can consume what is edible and what is not, and they can completely transform their own and others' appearances. Such are the actions of a yogi, which a beginner cannot do. So it is said. Abiding in the Victorious Direction and the Great Assembly is to attain accomplishment, that is, to achieve whatever is appropriate from the first bhumi, Joyful, to the tenth bhumi, Cloud of Dharma, and because of gaining mastery over the mind. From "Vimalaprabha," it says: Accomplishment is for the sake of expanding the mandala wheel and traveling in the sky. So it is said. Without elaboration and extremely without elaboration, because one abides in the conduct of Samantabhadra up to accomplishment, practicing as appropriate, it is therefore not necessarily the conduct of noble beings, nor is it necessarily the conduct of ordinary people. Sitting under the Bodhi tree, subduing the maras, manifesting complete enlightenment, turning the wheel of Dharma, and demonstrating the passage into nirvana, is the All-Knowing One. From "Vimalaprabha," it says: Because of the power to exhaust the maras, afflictions, meditative absorptions, and obscurations of knowledge, and to display playful miracles of all forms, and to turn the wheel of Dharma, and to show the entire collection of Dharma aggregates with the speech of the All-Knowing One, therefore, is the All-Knowing One.

Thus it is translated. In short, all of this is because one presumes that one should do the actions of the stage in which one finds oneself, and should not do the actions of a higher stage. As it says in the Vimalaprabha: Therefore, a beginner should not do the actions of a yogi, a yogi should not do the actions of an accomplished one, and an accomplished one should not do the actions of an omniscient one. In general, the term "yogi" is also used for accomplished ones, as it is said in the scriptures: The Bhagavan spoke of thirteen kinds of yogis, namely: the yogi who first generates bodhicitta, the one who later becomes a child, the one who becomes a youth, the beginner, the one born into the lineage of yogic practitioners, the one who possesses perfect application, the one who possesses perfect intention, the non-returning one, the one who has received empowerment, and the one who is bound by one lifetime. Thus, the ten yogis, as well as the ten powers of life, activity, resources, inclination, aspiration, dharma, mind, birth, miraculous power, and wisdom, as well as the ten bhumis such as the Joyful One, and the ten perfections such as generosity, when combined, the yogi also becomes a bodhisattva. Therefore, the Bhagavan said that a yogi whose mind is completely pure is a bodhisattva, thus explaining that the essential points of sutra and tantra are the same. From "having attained the ten perfections" to "possessing the ten pure knowledges," it is confirmed by the citation of names, but the yogi in "a yogi should not do the actions of an accomplished one" does not refer to any of those ten yogis, because those ten yogis are synonymous with abiding in their respective ten bhumis, whereas this refers to a yogi who has not attained a bhumi. Similarly, the first of the ten yogis, the one who first generates bodhicitta, and the fourth, the beginner, should not be mistaken for the beginner in "a beginner should not do the actions of a yogi." The accomplished one spoken of here refers to one who abides in any of the ten bhumis, and the statement by Sakya Pandita that "a great accomplished one is a Buddha" needs to be examined, because it is said in the scriptures that an accomplished one should not do the actions of an omniscient one. In general, the term "accomplished one" is especially
