Having heard this, because they did not understand the profound meaning, they were terrified and almost gave up their lives, but later they were able to understand, so all of these became ways to indicate the means of obtaining life. In these contents, the goddesses of earth, water, fire, and wind are the four chakras, the melting bliss of sentient beings, the innate wisdom that no one knows, and the exhortation to "rejoice" and "listen" is to understand the meaning. Hearing like a dream is experiencing bliss and emptiness from burning and dripping. Obtaining life is the manifestation of wisdom. The third part has four aspects: briefly explaining the difference between delusion and liberation, explaining it in detail with metaphors, explaining that the nature of the mind is Buddha, and explaining the merits and faults of understanding and not understanding. The first part is: The Blessed One said: Sentient beings are indeed Buddhas, but they are obscured by sudden defilements. If these defilements are removed, they are Buddhas. The goddess prayed: Blessed One, it is so, it is not true, nor is it false. Thus it is said. The meaning of the above statement that sentient beings are Buddhas, the Blessed One said: Sentient beings are the body, speech, and mind of self-nature, which are pure, the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, which are free from defects and perfect in merit, the Buddhas of the causal lineage, and are inseparable from Suchness. However, as long as they are obscured by sudden defilements, they are called sentient beings. By purifying and removing these defilements and their habitual tendencies through the path, when the pure wisdom and merits manifest, they are called the Buddhas of the stainless fruition, whose nature is no different from before, and it is not contradictory to distinguish between sentient beings and Buddhas based on the state. In terms of content, innate wisdom is Buddha, and sudden defilements are the minds of the three times that arise from the loss of semen. If these defilements are prevented and removed by the power of melting bliss, then that is the unchanging Buddha. All the goddesses prayed: Blessed One, it is so, the sudden defilements exist conventionally, so they are not true; abiding in the nature of completely pure merits is the ultimate truth, so it is said to be Buddha, so it is not false, this is a conforming expression. The second part is: The Blessed One said:

Those who do not know, the worldly people, By eating potent poison, they will faint. Those with minds who have abandoned ignorance, They will completely sever that with that. Likewise, knowing the means of peace, If resting in Hevajra, They will not be grasped by ignorance and so on, Nor by the bonds of delusion and so on. From oneself and one's own realization, Sentient beings who are not Buddhas, Not even one exists. Thus it was said. The Bhagavan clearly taught the meaning of dispelling sudden defilements. For example, those worldly people who do not understand the harm of poison and do not know the means of pacifying it, if they eat potent poison, its power will pervade their bodies, causing them to become intoxicated, arrogant, and die. Having abandoned ignorance of the means of using poison as medicine, those with minds who know the reality of mantras and so on, will completely sever the death and fainting caused by the power of that poison. Similarly, knowing the means of pacifying the power of karma and afflictions to attain Nirvana, and meditating on the two stages taught in Hevajra, which is the union of bliss and emptiness, one can rest from the exhaustion of being tormented by suffering for a long time in samsara. They will not be grasped by the twelve links of dependent origination between ignorance and old age and death, nor will they be bound to samsara by the bonds of the five poisons and so on, which are included in delusion and so on. Therefore, by striving on the path of liberation from bonds, the practitioner, oneself, which is the nature of innate bliss, and through the power of truly realizing one's own wisdom of awareness, a special realization will arise that there is not even one sentient being who is not a pure Buddha. The third is: hell beings, pretas, animals, as well as gods, demigods, humans, and even worms in feces, as well as gods and demigods, because they do not know what happiness is, they always have the nature of happiness. In whatever realm of the world, another Buddha will not be found. The mind itself is the complete Buddha, there is no other Buddha to be shown. Thus it was said. Therefore, sentient beings, hell beings, pretas, and animals, that is, suffering in the three lower realms, as well as gods, desire realm gods, and form
