The stable arising, the practitioner, through the action of the first three joys, the latter is accomplished as the very unwavering nature. This is in accordance with Lord Maitripa. And the view of Lord Naropa, according to the intention of the Self-Born King, after the action of the practitioner, add the stainless fruit, and explain by reversing the words of the upper and lower lineages. Also, "E-Vam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" and so on are brief instructions, and "by the wind of karma" and so on are explained in detail, and the reason for establishing the four chakras as four fruits is explained. Thus, with the descending and purifying wind of karma, stimulating the fierce fire of the navel chakra, the fruit of the action performed by this is that the inner Bhagavati Wisdom Mother enjoys A (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) short sound, that is, according to how much effort is made, the melting bliss is also enjoyed in the same way, so it is declared in the navel chakra as the fruit of the same cause. When the wind and mind are combined in the heart, although the effort of the cause is small, the fruit of bliss is great, so the fruit of maturation is contrary to the former. The co-emergent yoga, because of the purification of dualistic appearances, its support, the crown chakra, is declared as the stainless fruit. Because it generates the bliss of the six tastes, the throat is declared as the fruit made by the practitioner. Fifth, why does the emanation body dwell stably? The wheel of emanation is stable. Because the Dharma arises from speech, everything is contained in the Dharma wheel. Why is the throat revered by all? The enjoyment wheel is revered by all. Why does great bliss dwell in the head? The wheel of bliss is the great Sangha. The Sangha is said to be the body. Thus it is said, for what reason are the four chakras said to be the four divisions? It is said that because the emanation body emanates from the navel chakra and it dwells and makes it stable, the wheel of the navel chakra emanation body is established as the stable division. Because the holy Dharma, which possesses causes and effects, arises truly from the intention of the mind of speech, the support of the mind, the heart, in the Dharma wheel, it is said to be the basis of everything. For what reason is the throat chakra revered by the six tastes? The wheel of enjoyment in the throat is revered by many. Why is the support of great bliss mostly represented by the letter Hum

Therefore, the head is located in the crown chakra, which is the wheel of great bliss, and is the community of most monks. Therefore, the so-called four assemblies refer to the body. The Sanskrit word for body or flesh is Kāya, which means accumulation and assembly. Therefore, in the chakras, many channels, winds, and bodhicitta gather, hence it is called the body. Because it is the support of bliss, it is called discipline. Here, Lord Marpa believes that this body is the four bodies of the Buddha Jewel, and the four fruits such as Evam are the Dharma Jewel, and the four assemblies, the ten bhumis, and the like-minded Sangha are the Sangha Jewel. Fourth, showing sentient beings as the nature of the Buddha is divided into three parts: showing the sovereignty of the ten bhumis as like-minded; how doubts arise about it; and thoroughly dispelling doubts. The first part is: the abdomen should be said to be the dwelling place. The place of birth will be free from desire. The fetal membrane of the fetus is the Dharma garment. Likewise, the mother is the Khenpo. Joining the palms on the head is prostration. The act of walking is the place of law. The recitation of mantras is A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) and Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The place of birth is the shape of the wheel A (藏文,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿). The shape of great bliss is also Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Naked body, shaved hair and beard. The man who recites mantras is the Bhikshu. Due to these causes, all sentient beings are undoubtedly Buddhas. The ten months are also the ten bhumis. Sentient beings are the masters of the ten bhumis. Thus it is said. From the explanation of the four assemblies, it is also mentioned in passing that the body is like-minded with the Bhikshu. The mother's abdomen should be said to be the dwelling place of the Sangha, such as a house or temple, because it is the same in Dharma. Likewise, completing ten months, the consciousness of feeling narrow and painful inside, coming out from the place of birth will be free from desire. The fetal membrane of the fetus wrapped in a red net, according to Tibetan usage, is translated here as the Dharma garment, but in the Sanskrit version there is only the Sanskrit word jāla for net. And, it is good because it is related to the meaning of translating the abdomen as a temple by Chogu and others. Likewise, the mother is the Khenpo, because she is the woman who guides and nurtures. At the time of birth, the two hands are bent and come out, so joining the palms on the head is like prostration at the time of ordination. After birth, enjoying food and drink, etc.
