This is the chapter describing the conventional truth of the form body. The first part is: The speaker is me, the Dharma is also me, the listener who possesses his own retinue is me, the worldly teacher is what I realize, the world and the transcendent world are also me, the nature of co-emergent joy is also me, the supreme ultimate, the beginning of joy and joylessness is also me, like a lamp in the darkness. Likewise, the son should also have unwavering faith. Thus it is said. The meaning here is stated in "The Lotus One": The speaker, me, refers to the Sambhogakaya; the Dharma is also me, referring to the Dharmakaya; the listener who possesses his own retinue is me, referring to the Nirmanakaya. Or, as it is said, everything is also the Buddha. Like the worldly teacher included in the three realms, it is what I realize through the vast accumulation of merit and wisdom. What is spoken is the ultimate truth of great bliss, what can be spoken is the conventional truth of speech, the Dharma distinguished by words and sentences is also me. The listener of the numerous mandala retinues that appear from my own blessings is also me. In the world, the teacher of common and special paths, and the temporary and ultimate fruits realized through those paths are also me. When not realized, the world appears as permanent and impermanent, and when realized, the nature of the transcendent world, which possesses uncontaminated wisdom and qualities, is non-dual, is also me. Co-emergent joy, the nature of defiled and undefiled, I am none other than Vajradhara. That co-emergent joy also symbolizes the ultimate of supreme joy, when semen moves, the first to arise is joy and joylessness. Like lighting a lamp in thick darkness, it becomes clear. For the ignorance of attachment and detachment that is like darkness, the undefiled nature of co-emergence that appears like a lamp, or the pure wisdom of joy and joylessness that becomes its fruit. Therefore, like the metaphor, just as the son of the Victorious One is called a son, the precious disciple should also have unwavering faith in what he experiences, the intent of Naropa and Maitripa, the root tantra and the subsequent tantras are explained without contradiction. The second part is: In the bhaga of the consort, in Sukhavati, the teacher has thirty-two marks, the chief one is endowed with eighty exemplary signs, residing in the form called semen. Without it, there is no bliss. B

If it does not exist, then it cannot exist. Because there is no capacity, it depends on other things. As it is said, what is the nature of the conventional form body? In the occasion of relying on the realization of great bliss, in the lotus of the consort, mantra-born mother, etc., or in the lotus where the three channels converge in one's own body, from the pure Bodhicitta abiding in the wheel of great bliss, The letter E (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal Chinese meaning: E) is the source of unchanging bliss in the lotus of the consort. The letter Vam (Tibetan: ཝཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) is the teacher, the form body with the thirty-two marks, and the chief deity of the mandala, the all-pervading one himself possessing the eighty minor marks. This is the great Vajradhara who acts as the teacher of the tantra, the result tantra. Furthermore, in the tantra as the path of means, the cause for accomplishing the marks and examples of the generation stage is the purified ripened fruit of Ali, which is the mirror wisdom. The homogenous cause is the thirty-two marks. The purified ripened fruit of Kali is the equality wisdom. The fruit of the homogenous cause is the eighty minor marks, as explained in the ear-whispered instructions. The sixteen joys of the completion stage, differentiated by means and wisdom, transform into the thirty-two marks. Each of the four elements is divided by four minor elements, so there are sixteen. Bliss is the space element, with the differentiation of the four joys, there are twenty. Because it is associated with particles, it is doubled. Again, with the differentiation of means and wisdom, the eighty minor marks are accomplished. In the five stages of the means tantra, it is said that the marks and examples arise from the three clear appearances of luminous purity. That form body is the continuum of the cause, possessing the six elements, abiding in the Vajra body, the support is called semen, existing in the form of white and red essence. If that supporting semen does not exist, then the co-emergent, truly blissful body that is relied upon also cannot exist. If true bliss does not exist, then the nature of the supporting form body, as it is now, also cannot exist. Therefore, if any one does not exist, the other cannot arise, because there is no capacity, so they are mutually dependent. Fourth, the conclusion: From the yoga of the deity comes bliss. Therefore, the Buddha is not a real entity. It is also not a state of non-entity. It is the form body with face and hands. Supreme bliss is formless. As it is said, what is the nature of such a thing that is neither an entity nor a non-entity? Like the deity of the generation stage previously explained, or the yoga of the Bodhicitta deity.
