In the commentary, it says that the five aggregates, four elements, five faculties, and five objects are each considered as five lineages, thus becoming one hundred lineages. The teacher Ḍaṃgāda says that each of the five Tathāgatas has twenty-five aspects, and each of these is divided by the four elements, so it is explained as divided into one hundred, and so on. There are many ways of classifying. These are explained by emphasizing their definitive meaning. The third is the title of the chapter: The chapter entitled "Determining the Accomplishment of Activities in the Net of the Auspicious Vajra Ḍākinī" is the second chapter. Thus it is said, in the Net Tantra, which is inseparable from the method and wisdom of the retinue of the Auspicious Vajra and the main deity, and which is inseparable, the chapter that determines the method of accomplishing the two stages and the siddhi of the mudrā, is the explanation of the meaning of the words of the second chapter. The third chapter, called "The Beginning of All Tantras and the Revelation of Secret Language," arises. The connection of the chapter is: In the second chapter, the method of accomplishing the two stages and the mudrā siddhi was taught. In order to do these practices, it is necessary to first confer the ripening empowerment, especially the third empowerment. And in order to realize its wisdom, it is necessary to know the distinctions of joy and the four moments, and so on. Therefore, in order to clearly show these things, this third chapter was taught. The realization of the chapter is: It is related to the four ripening empowerments of the path, the two liberating stages, and all the vows and conduct of companions. This chapter supplements and explains the points of doubt in the first section, namely the general classification of vows in the first chapter, the empowerment in the tenth, the conduct in the sixth, the sources in the ninth, and the verbal symbols in the seventh. Therefore, it was taught for the purpose of giving certainty to them. There are three here: connection, detailed explanation of the chapter text, and the chapter title. The first is: Then, Vajradhara spoke to the yoginīs about the method called the beginning of all tantras. Thus it is said, immediately after teaching the second chapter, the Bhagavan Vajradhara, with the wisdom of indivisible union, spoke to the yoginīs such as the Selfless Mother about the beginning of all the tantras of the ground, path, and fruit, that is, the collection of what is to be said and what can be said, and the ground that is the cause or root of it, that is, the realization of the union called "E-vaṃ."

This method of the place is that the Blessed One himself did not pray, but specifically stated and bestowed the teachings. The second part is divided into two parts: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. The first part is: precepts and empowerments, and also, the language of the same meaning, the difference between joy and moment, and also food and so on. It is said that in the wisdom of great bliss of evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), all dharmas are the difference of precepts, and the method of manifesting it is the four empowerments. Also, the word "also" indicates the language of other special meanings with the same meaning, the difference after the four joys and four moments are consistent, and the way of doing nothing that has not been said before. Also, the word "also" indicates the purity of the eyes and other birthplaces. Among the enjoyment of food, five meats and five ambrosias, etc., secret languages are included in them, considering these, promised to explain them. The second part is divided into seven parts: determining precepts, the difference between joy and so on, the order of empowerment, showing the two truths, the way of doing nothing, the purity of the eyes and other birthplaces, and showing secret languages. The first part is divided into two parts: what is the nature of precepts, and explain it in detail through questions and answers. The first part is: about the teachings of that precept, the precepts of all Buddhas are, evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) completely abides, evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus) is great bliss, and will be truly known from empowerment. It is said that from those meanings of the brief explanation, the first is the precept of evam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), together with the method of recognizing its nature, bestowed teachings. The wisdom of all Buddhas who understand the nature of all dharmas, in the nature of great bliss and emptiness without distinction, the precepts without leakage, or, in terms of the meaning of Samaya, the supreme of bliss, the nature of all dharmas, all Buddhas completely gather and precepts. Wisdom e (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:e) and skillful vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:vaṃ) are in the form of vaṃ, and completely abide for that meaning. The meaning of the letters e (藏文,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:e) and vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:vaṃ) or the innate great bliss of the image, that is from the empowerment of experiencing the wisdom of metaphor and meaning, truly know and understand as it is. The second part is divided into two parts: asking and answering. The first part is: then the yoginis to the Blessed One
