The six sense sources such as the eye, and the five great elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space—if these things are well examined, it will be found that their individual self-natures are not established, so from the beginning they are naturally completely pure. If that is the case, then what is the use of the path? Because that naturally pure state is also obscured by sudden stains, and delusion arises due to the power of ignorance, therefore, one must abandon by seeing that the afflictions arising from grasping and the grasped are without self. In order to perfect the Buddha's teachings, one must abandon by meditating on obscurations, and the obscuration of knowledge must also be purified by great purity. The second is: Self-knowing nature is pure itself, Purity is not liberated by another, Because the objects of the realm are pure, One's own awareness of bliss is supreme. The objects such as form and, Also seen by yogis, Those things are all pure, In this way, beings become Buddhas. It is said that self-knowing is the nature of clarity and non-conceptuality. Taking the wisdom of the senses as an example, the direct object of the yogi that is known by each individual is the self-nature purity that cannot be expressed by others. From beginningless time, it has been free from the stains of the three obscurations, and it does not depend on other purities with discriminations, such as the purity of the gods, for liberation. The objects of the realm and the objects possessing the realm are all established by delusion, so when the delusion of the realm is purified, the object possessing the realm will also become pure. Thus, due to the purity of grasping and the grasped, the great bliss of the wisdom that is known by each individual becomes supremely pure. Therefore, the objects such as form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and phenomena, as well as other things not mentioned here, such as beauty and ugliness, all the things that yogis see in the outer environment and inner beings are self-knowing, coemergent, and pure without difference between the realm and the object possessing the realm. As this way and as will be said below, all beings are non-dual wisdom, and that wisdom becomes the nature of the ultimate Buddha. Rangjung Dorje said: This is the essence of the Tathagata, which is extensively combined in the Uttaratantra with the teachings shown by the lotus, living beings, bees, etc. The third has two.

The determination of the essence. Explaining it in detail. The first is: O Bhagavan, what is impure? The Bhagavan said: Forms and so on. Why is that? Because it is the object of what is to be grasped and what grasps. Having said that, Vajragarbha Bodhisattva asked: O Bhagavan, since all things are naturally pure, then what is the impure to be abandoned? In response, the Bhagavan said: The ordinary forms and so on are false discriminations, which are impure. What is the reason for that? Because of clinging to the object to be grasped and the mind that grasps as different things. The second is: Vajragarbha Bodhisattva asked: O Bhagavan, what are what is to be grasped and what grasps? The Bhagavan said: The eye grasps forms, the ear hears sounds, the nose smells scents, the tongue knows tastes, the body touches objects, the mind obtains pleasure and so on, making them non-toxic with purity, these to be cultivated should be cultivated. Having said that, Vajragarbha Bodhisattva asked the Bhagavan: O Bhagavan, what are called the object to be grasped and the consciousness that grasps? In response, the Bhagavan said: The eye consciousness arising from the eye sense is what grasps. External objects such as blue are what are to be grasped. Sounds are what are to be grasped, and hearing with ear consciousness is what grasps. Similarly, scents are to be smelled with nose consciousness, tastes are to be tasted and known with tongue consciousness, and objects such as softness and roughness are to be touched with body consciousness. The sixth, mind consciousness, its objects are pleasure and so on, as well as unpleasant and neutral conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, appearing as what is to be grasped and what grasps in a mutually dependent way. This is unreal discrimination, as it is said: Appearing as speaking of two and one is unreal imputation, which is the nature of dharma. Thus it is said. Such impure appearances are supreme purity.
