Merely through the spoken mantra of Om Raksha, the master who is skilled in the order of activities should purify the ground, which is the foundation. Through the mantras such as the above A-kara, offerings of torma should be made to the earth goddess and the ground deities. Then, as with the meditation on the protection wheel spoken of in the third chapter, for the sake of protecting the ground, one should meditate on the extensive and concise protection as spoken of in the root and explanatory tantras. Whichever disciple achieves entry into the mandala, the empowerment is an excellent distinction. Connecting the context of this, supplementing the explanatory tantras and so forth, one should give it completely with the rituals of their respective mandalas. At the time of taking the ground, the master and the deity who accomplishes the mandala, and before each empowerment, the offerings and prayers should be done here as described in the root and explanatory tantras. Fourth, after writing two layers of excellent, elaborate patterns, quickly write the white goddess and so on. Write a curved knife in the east. The south and west are also the same. The north and the fire corner, and the unreal wind corner are also the same. What is said in the powerful one, is the same below and above. It is said. Drawing the mandala, on the previously mentioned two or more layers of elaborate patterns, draw excellent patterns evenly with the height of one layer. Because delay will cause obstacles, the signs of the white goddess and so on should be written immediately. How to write? Here it refers to hand symbols. Taking the writing of a curved knife in the east as an example, in the father tantra mandala, the hand symbols of the eight goddesses, and in the mother tantra, what is written on the eastern lotus petal, the south and west are also the same, and the north and fire corner, and the unreal wind corner are also the same. The hand symbol spoken of in the powerful one should be written with a curved knife. The same is true above and below, that is, a curved knife is written below the west and above the east. Because this is the sign of the right hand of the fifteen goddesses. Fifth, after doing the approach of Vajrasattva, extending the right leg, with the two hands joined in the vajra mudra, the master introduces the mandala. Bathing and cleansing, the body exudes fragrance, adorned with various ornaments. Practicing Hum Hum, in the manner of Hi Hi

It is said to be named "Lord of Terror." After the outer offering of the mandala offering is completed, the master Vajrasattva, that is, the main deity, generates pride, extends his right leg, and gathers his face and hand gestures at the east gate, etc. With the two hands forming the Vajra mudra, he opens the door, offers flowers, etc., as a preliminary. As the disciple enters the mandala like the master, he naturally receives the empowerment from the main deity. At that time, he is bathed with the activity vase, abides in cleanliness, anoints his body with fragrant water, adorns himself with six kinds of ornaments and clothes, and with the movements of the Heruka dance, makes the pride of "Hum Hum." With the dance of selflessness and non-pleasure, and the sound of "He He," he makes the demons terrified and intoxicated. It should be done like this. This is also explained in detail during the ground ritual, or like the extensive dance steps that appear in the Vajra Song, or it can be abbreviated as such, which is mentioned in passing. The definitive meaning of these has been extensively explained by Naropa and Dhamgadasha, etc. The nature of the fourth empowerment is: From the outside, that very nature is truly explained, Pure wisdom has form, In the various discriminations of samsara, There is not even a slight difference. Supreme bliss has no meditation or meditator, There is no body, no object, and no subject, There is no flesh and blood, and there is no excrement and urine, Disgusting, ignorant, and stainless, unobstructed for the sake of offering, Without greed, without hatred, without delusion, without jealousy, Without stinginess, without pride, and without anything to be seen, Without practice and practitioner, without friend and enemy, The co-emergent various natures without arrogance. It is said like this. After experiencing the wisdom of the third empowerment, the truth of metaphor and meaning is truly declared. Separated from the defilements of conceptual appearances, the form or nature of the pure wisdom of great bliss, and samsara with all its afflictions, and those In the dualistic discriminations of purification, there is not even a slight difference in the ultimate truth. Because all dharmas are without self-nature, and because of the union of the equality of essence. Therefore, the supreme bliss is
