Meditating on Green It is the same as before. Fifth, contemplate the essence of Vajrasattva as blue; sixth, contemplate the body of Vairochana as white. Thus, the yogi who practices the six branches ultimately dissolves the colors, gradually gathering them into luminosity, and at the end of separation from joy, also arises from the reverse six branches as before. Here, when explaining only the meaning of the generation stage, the phrase "also at the end of separation from joy" refers to only up to separation from joy, without the nature of innate joy. This is the straightforward meaning. According to the hidden meaning, first, practice the six branches of color as before, and ultimately, relying on the inner and outer life force, dissolve the colors with the yoga of subsequent dissolution, gradually gathering them and generating the four joys. At the end of separation from joy, abide single-pointedly in the innate wisdom. When arising from there again, also arise from the reverse order as before. Or, as some desire, first, starting from contemplating the root black color, generate melting bliss with the inner and outer life force, and when that joy arises, it is red; when bliss is attained, it is yellow; when various experiences appear, it is green; when thoughts arise, it is blue; and when free from thoughts, it is white. Ultimately, dissolving the colors, etc., is also not contradictory, this is the ultimate meaning. Gyalwa Rangjung Dorje said, this word means abandoning attachment as before, and also shows the blessing of the birth place. First, combine the ear with དྭེཾ་ (藏文,梵文天城体,dveṃ,梵文罗马拟音,two), like Black Vajramātṛ, etc., in the method of practice, and starting with blessing the three places by practicing the six branches, etc., it is also considered to show the practice of the generation stage with six branches. Second, combining with the definitive understanding of the two stages, namely: the generation stage and, also the completion stage, after the two stages abide equally, the Vajradhara teaches the Dharma, this is the part of the generation stage. Thus it is said, not only the generation stage, but also the innate experience of the six-branch yoga practitioner of the completion stage abiding at the end of separation from joy, is also the same. Here, the glorious Nāropa said, this six-branch yoga mentioned in other tantras should be practiced, separately

Withdrawal and meditation, and likewise holding of life force, mindfulness and samadhi, are considered the six limbs of yoga. As it is said. Individual withdrawal is that the senses such as the eyes and consciousness do not enter into objects such as forms, and in the inner self, like showing a mirror to a young girl, by showing the self, the image of the Buddha is seen separately, so it is said to be individual withdrawal. Meditation is seeing all dharmas as emptiness, which means completing the limbs of joy, happiness, and immovability with wisdom, contemplation, and discrimination. Life force is to stop the wind of karma from flowing in the right channel and to enter the central channel, so the practice of vase breathing and so on should be shown. Holding is that the wheels of the elements enter the navel and so on, and there is no movement outside, and the wind is completely absorbed into the bindu, which is holding. Mindfulness is being free from thought by Vajra descending and so on, and seeing the image of the deity, from which light radiates, spreading and gathering all aspects of the three realms, which is mindfulness. Samadhi is that the deities of the yidam, and whoever is attached to them, attain the immovable bliss, abandoning the object and subject of the mind, and making one great wisdom, this is samadhi. In detail, it should be understood from the oral instructions of the guru. The rough meaning of one verse such as the generation stage is: the stage of generating the artificial appearance of the deity by conceptualizing with the mind, and also the stage of perfecting the innate wisdom that is completely accomplished or uncreated. These two stages abide equally, that is, through the door of union, the Vajradhara who teaches the Bhagavan tantra explains the profound and vast Dharma, the unsurpassed tantra. Although the generation stage is directly shown, the completion stage is implied, and from the implication of the direct completion stage, the generation stage is equally shown. Therefore, from the explanation of the realm of space as the womb, to the meaning of how the deity arises, it can also be combined with both generation and completion, which arises from implication. The part of generation is up to here.
