For the eyes of a pure virgin who is unblemished, recite this mantra one hundred and eight times, visualize it as the deity, and offer it properly with five offerings such as flowers, and report that it must accomplish my purpose. The activity is: on the fourteenth day of the waning moon, that is, before the twenty-ninth or the eighth day of the twenty-third, fill a vase with water, etc., and place a large amount of ghee lamps and a mirror, and on sesame oil and the juice of ala-kata, that is, safflower, recite the mantra "Om Naga" etc. one hundred and eight times, and visualize it. Then, anoint the left thumb of the elder with the visualized juice of ala-kata, that is, safflower, and also smear and pour sesame oil on top of it, show it to the virgin, and make her concentrate on it, so that the spirit will descend. When the spirit descends, say, "Who took my things, speak!" To this, she will clearly say, "So-and-so took it." This is immutable, therefore it is the Vajra Star. Here, the meaning of the Naga mantra is not clearly explained in any Tibetan-Chinese commentary, so it seems to be a place to be investigated. However, in the Sanskrit manuscript called Vajra Star here, the Sanskrit word "vajrājyoti" appears, meaning Vajra Star, and in the Essential Commentary, in the category commentary explained in Vajra Star arithmetic, it says, "nakṣatra" means stars, "graha" means planets, and "agra" means to show or examine the meaning of supreme." This was said in the presence of (Tsongkhapa). Among the eight methods of spirit descent that appear elsewhere, there is the thumb, and it is said that an image can be seen there. The definitive meaning is: to recognize ignorance, which destroys virtuous deeds, with wisdom, and to clearly show the nature of co-emergent phenomena. Or, "ḍhaṃ ga da śas." Om Vajra, the three are inseparable. Naga is the four moments and the four joys. Separated from the three times, non-time, that is, inconceivable time. The number of mantras exceeds one hundred and eight. Eight are the yoginis and the eight classes. Fourteen is the mandala of the selflessness mother surrounded by the same number of goddesses. The eighth is Heruka and the retinue of eight goddesses. As extensively shown, symbolizing the clear light of the early morning, it should be understood in this way. Eighth, expelling the five animals is: saying "Beduya Beduya", the elephant

These mantras are in accordance with the yoga of the deities, therefore they are included among those five. Having recited whatever appropriate approach beforehand, and then applying it to the activity, the animals will run away. The meaning of those is that the first set of mantras means to make the mind faint, the second means to make arrogant, the third means to make the body numb, and the fourth means to make goosebumps. Combine it like that, the fifth letter "ma" of the fifth, the first "ma" is Akshobhya, the three vajras are inseparable, the second "ma" is the wind element, accomplishment speech Vajra mother below, heart Vajra mother is the nature of Akshobhya, "Ā" long vowel Vajra mother and the pure form aggregate Vairochana, reciting twice is the nature of union "MAMMA MAMMA" this mantra, the outer tiger and the inner delusion being the main arrogance causing suffering to others will run away, and will not cause harm.
