The generation stage and illusory body of the four-armed (Avalokiteśvara). The Samaya-sattva is the generation stage of the six-armed (Avalokiteśvara) and the completion stage of dream yoga. That's all that is said. Among them, the generation stage of the ground and path is the provisional meaning, and the completion and suchness are summarized as the definitive meaning and explained. Second, regarding the questions and answers about the essence of Hevajra, there are two parts: the questions and the answers. First, the question by Vajragarbha: "What is the meaning of the abbreviated name? For what reason is it called Hevajra? What does the form of 'He' explain? What does 'Vajra' also (explain)?" This is what (Vajragarbha) said. Vajragarbha asked again: What is the meaning of the name or title "Hevajra," which is the essence of the indivisibility of the three vajras, which I do not understand. For what reason is it called Hevajra? Specifically, what meaning does the form of the letter "He" explain? What meaning does the letter "Vajra" also show? Like that. Second, the Bhagavan answered: "'He' is great compassion itself, 'Vajra' should also be said to be wisdom. The continuum of the nature of skillful means and wisdom, That I will explain, listen carefully." This is the answer given by the Bhagavan. There are four points to this. The meaning of the words is: The sound of "He" indicates skillful means, great compassion itself, that is, the word "He" is the sound of "Heru," which means cause, so the cause of enlightenment is compassion. And compassion has two objects: sentient beings and phenomena. Among the three, including compassion without an object, this is the latter. "Vajra" means diamond, and its meaning is to destroy or break apart others. Therefore, it should be said to be the wisdom that destroys all elaborations or breaks apart all phenomena. The connection and continuity between skillful means, great compassion, and wisdom of emptiness is the nature of the unsurpassed yoga tantra. The nature of such union is called Hevajra. Therefore, that unsurpassed secret tantra is what I, Vajradhara, will explain, please listen carefully, you petitioners and other attendants. According to the general meaning, what "He" indicates is the clear and complete form of the deity, characterized by compassion; what "Vajra" indicates is the wisdom of knowing that all phenomena are empty of inherent existence, therefore it is the union of clarity and emptiness.

To integrate (Tibetan: འཇུག་པ་) is the meaning of Hevajra (Tibetan: ཀྱེའི་རྡོ་རྗེ). According to the hidden meaning, He (Tibetan: ཧེ་) is the "ka (Sanskrit Devanagari: क, Sanskrit Romanization: ka, Chinese literal meaning: ka)" of Karuna (Sanskrit Devanagari: करुणा, Sanskrit Romanization: karuṇā, Chinese literal meaning: compassion), which means happiness, and Ru (Tibetan: རུ་) is holding, that is, holding the innate bliss arising from burning dripping or union. Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ) wisdom is the emptiness of its object, that is, the union of bliss and emptiness is the meaning of Hevajra. According to the ultimate meaning, He (Tibetan: ཧེ་) is playing, that is, the method of constantly playing in doing the benefit and happiness of sentient beings in samsara, because it has great compassion, it prevents the end of peace. Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ) is to truly understand the reality with deep wisdom that can destroy all conceptual proliferations, so it prevents the end of existence. The means to liberate from the two extremes is the union of skillful means and wisdom, or, the sound of compassion, the "ka (Sanskrit Devanagari: क, Sanskrit Romanization: ka, Chinese literal meaning: ka)" of Karuna (Sanskrit Devanagari: करुणा, Sanskrit Romanization: karuṇā, Chinese literal meaning: compassion) is happiness, Runa (Tibetan: རུ་ཎ་) is dustless, that is, the great happiness of the unchanging skillful means object, and Vajra (Tibetan: བཛྲ) wisdom expresses the object, the emptiness that is fully endowed with all kinds of excellence, that is, Evaṃ (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: thus) the union of the four bodies inseparable Svabhavikakaya is the meaning of Hevajra. This is what is said in the "Ornamental Garland" (Tibetan: རྒྱན་འདྲ་), in the generation stage of the sixteen hands (Tibetan: ཕྱག་བཅུ་དྲུག་པ) and the completion stage of the action mudra. Second, there are two brief instructions on the order of the means to obtain: a general instruction on the tantra, and a separate instruction on the two stages. The first is: Posture summoning and great mudra, Many kinds of beneficial deeds are spoken, Causing stiffness and expulsion, Causing stiffness to the group and manifestation, How the yogini is reasonable, Generation and dwelling and action cause, Beneficial deeds wisdom consciousness, How the deities arise also. As it is said, these two verses briefly indicate the body, and from the second chapter onwards, this is explained in detail, so first understand their relationship, so as to understand the meaning of the words. Because the words of the tantra are reversed, therefore, according to the order of the following chapters, it is summoning the vidya and bindu, raining, etc., proclaiming the many actions of benefiting oneself and others, causing the body, speech, and mind of the one to be subdued to become stiff, and expelling the one to be subdued to other places, and causing the many armies of the opposing party to become stiff, and the manifestation of actions being oppressed by heat, and disturbing the city, etc.
