Thus it was said. Second, the detailed explanation: the names of the three main channels, their nature, their function, the categories of names of the thirty-two main channels, the purity of the channels. First: Among these, the three channels are the main ones, namely: the Lalana, the Rasana, and the Kundali. As it is said, among the wheel's petals and the thirty-two channels just mentioned, the three channels are the basis of everything, so they are the main ones. On the left is the Lalana channel, on the right is the Rasana channel, and in the middle is the Avadhuti, called the Kundali or Kundali channel. In the Kalachakra, these three are also called: the sheep channel, the yellow channel, the thin channel, or the Rahu channel. Second: The Lalana channel is wisdom by nature, the Rasana channel abides perfectly by means, the Kundali channel abides in the central place, free from grasping and clinging. As it is said, the nature of these three channels is: the Lalana channel, by its wisdom nature, generates the conceptual thought of what is to be grasped. Externally, it purifies the fifteen waxing moon phases, that is, it branches out from the fifteen channels such as the non-retreating channel, and its tip pierces the left nostril. The Rasana channel, by its nature of means, truly generates and abides in the conceptual thought of clinging. Externally, it purifies the fifteen waning moon phases, that is, it branches out from the ten channels such as the retreating channel, and its tip pierces the right nostril and abides. The Kundali channel is the nature of non-duality of means and wisdom, in the upright position of the body, its upper end abides in the Brahma aperture, and its lower end abides in the door of the vajra jewel of generation and the lotus matrix of women. It is free from the conceptual thought of grasping and clinging, so it is called the Kundali channel. Moreover, the central channel goes from the navel to the Brahma aperture, facing the space between the eyebrows. It should be known that the Lalana and Rasana channels are located at the triple junction below the navel, with the Lalana channel located at the back, the Rasana channel on the left, and the Dhuti channel in front. Third: The Lalana channel is the immovable flow, the Rasana channel also flows with blood, it is said that the wisdom moon essence flows, this is well known as the Kundali channel. As it is said, the function of these three is: from the lower end of the Lalana channel's tube, the urine flows, which is a symbol of immovability. Upward, the five lunar winds of the immovable nature in the left nostril

It runs gradually. Similarly, in the roma channel, from the bottom up, it prevents the flow of female menstrual blood, and gradually draws the solar energy wind into the right nostril. From the junction of the central channel and the three-way intersection of the roma channel, Vajradhara said that the white essence of the moon bodhicitta, the nature of wisdom emptiness, drips down, pervades all the channels, and shakes with joy, so it is widely known as "Kundama". The fourth is: the irreversible mother, the extremely subtle mother, the topknot mother, the left-turning mother, the short mother, the turtle-born mother, the meditation mother, the independent mother, the fault mother, the entering mother, the female mother, the night mother, the cool-giving mother, the hot mother, the stretching mother, the Kundama, the roma mother, the tilting mother, the joyful mother, the extremely formed mother, the general mother, the cause-giving mother, the separation mother, the painful mother, the accomplished mother, the burning mother, similarly, the kind mother, the three-turning mother, the desire mother, the home mother, the tummo mother, the demon-free mother. It is said that each of the thirty-two main channels is located in which part of the body, what work it does, and how it is related to the external great realms, so as to experience the stages of the path, and in the stages of arising in the fruition, it must be explained in three ways, that is, in the pure state of the Buddha fruition. A single sentence of the tantra reveals the meaning of the base, path, and fruit, and even one thing like the channels possesses all three. That is to say, the essence of these channels is the condition of the body's substance, so it is the base. If you practice the key points such as raising the navel tummo, it will become the stages of the path. In this way, the ordinary essence of the channels, etc., obscured by the temporary obscurations of the base period, is completely purified and transformed into the embodiment, etc., obtaining the qualities such as the marks and signs, and it becomes the fruit. Among them, the first is the location and function: the Vajra three irreversible mother, located in the head, produces nails and teeth. The extremely subtle form mother, located in the crown chakra, produces hair and body hair. The topknot mother, who has desires, is located in the right ear, producing skin and odors. The mother located in the left turn is located in the back of the head, producing the flesh of the neck.
