ས་རྟག་ཏུ་དགྲ་བོ་ལྟུང་ཞིང་གསོད་པའི་ལས་བྱེད་པར་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། ཕ་རོལ་དབང་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་སེམས་དང་དེའི་སྟ་ལྟངས་བསྒྲུབ་བྱ་གཡོན་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ན་གནས་པ་ལ་ཟུར་མིག་ལྟ་བ་ལྟར་བྱས་ཏེ། གཡོན་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་མིག་འབྲས་གཉིས་སུ་འཆར་བར་བལྟས་ཏེ་དབང་དུ་བྱེད་པ་དང་། དངོས་སུ་དགུག་པའི་སེམས་དང་མིག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ལྟ་སྟངས་གཡས་པའི་ཆ་ལ་གཏོད་པས་དགུག་པ་ཉིད་དང་། ཡང་མིག་འབྲས་གཉིས་ཅུང་ཟད་གྱེན་དུ་བཟློག་སྟེ། སྟེང་ནས་ཀྱང་ནི་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་གཉིས་མིག་འབྲས་གཉིས་སུ་འཆར་བར་བྱས་ནས་སླར་གཡས་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སྔར་བཞིན་བལྟའོ། །དབུ་མ་སྟེ་གཡས་གཡོན་སྟེང་འོག་གར་ཡང་མིན་པར་དབུས་དྲང་པོར་ལྟ་བ་ནི་རེངས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ལྟ་སྟངས་ཉིད་དེ་དེའང་སྣའི་རྩེ་མོའི་དབུས་སུ་མིག་འབྲས་གཉིས་ལྟ་ཞིང་དེ་ལ་བསྒྲུབ་བྱའི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་འཆར་བར་དམིགས་པའོ། །འདིར་ལྟ་སྟངས་གཉིས་ཞེས་ལྟུང་བ་དབང་དགུག་རེངས་པ་བཞི་གསུངས་པ་ལ་ངོས་འཛིན་པ་སོགས་བཤད་ཚུལ་ཅུང་ཟད་མི་འདྲ་བ་ཡོད་དོ། ། ལྟ་སྟངས་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་རླུང་སྦྱོར་དང་བསྟུན་དགོས་པ་སྟེ། དེའང་སྣ་བུག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་དབུགས་གཉིས་ཕྱིར་འབྱུང་བ་རེ་ཙ་ཀ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དང་བསྟུན་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ལྟུང་བར་བྱེད་ལ། ཕྱི་ནས་ནང་དུ་རྔུབ་པ་ཡིས་ནིའི་སྒྲས་ཀུམྦྷ་ཀ་བུམ་པ་ཅན་དང་བསྟུན་པས་དབང་དུ་བྱེད་ཅིང་། རླུང་དགང་བ་པཱུ་ར་ཀ་བུམ་ཅན་གཡོ་མེད་དུ་བཅིངས་པ་དང་བསྟུན་པ་ཡིས་ནི་དགུག་པ་ཉིད་དུ་བྱེད་པ་དང་། བར་རླུང་རང་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་པ་ཞི་བ་ཤཱནྟི་ཀ་ཞེས་པ་དང་བསྟུན་པ་ཡིས་ནི་རེངས་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཕྱི་མ་འདི་ལ་གཞིལ་བ་ཞེས་རང་བྱུང་ཞབས་གསུངས་སོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནི། རློན་པའི་ཤིང་ལ་ལྟུང་བྱེད་ཉིད། །དབང་ནི་མེ་ཏོག་རབ་ཏུ་གྲགས། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཤིང་ལ་དགུག་པ་ཉིད། །གཡོ་བཅས་རྩྭ་ལ་རེངས་བྱེད་ཉིད། །ཟླ་དྲུག་གོམས་པའི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡིས། །འགྲུབ་འགྱུར་འདི་ལ་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །འདི་ལ་འཁྲུལ་བར་མི་བྱ་སྟེ། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་བསམ་མི་ཁྱབ། །ཅེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། ལྟ་སྟངས་དང་རླུང་སྦྱོར་གྲུབ་པའི་ཚད་ཀྱང་། རློན་པའི་ཤིང་འབྲས་བུ་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་ལྟུང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ལྟ་སྟངས་ཡང་ཡང་བསླབས་པས་མཐར་ལྟ་སྟངས་བྱས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཤིང་ དེའམ་དེའི་འབྲས་བུ་ས་ལ་ལྟུང་ནུས་ན་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ལ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ། དབང་ནི་ཤིང་ལ་སོགས་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་དྲི་ཞིམ་པོ་ཁ་ཕར་ལྟ་བ་ལ་ལྟ་སྟངས་བྱས་པས་འཕྲལ་དུ་ཚུར་ཁ་ཕྱོགས་ནུས་ན་འགྲུབ་པར་རབ་ཏུ

总是被说成是做着击倒和杀戮敌人的事业；控制他人的心以及它的姿势，就像斜眼看着位于左边的所要控制的事物一样。从左边看，所要控制的事物的影像在两个眼球中显现，以此来进行控制。实际上，吸引的心和双眼的姿势朝向右边，这就是吸引本身。还有，两个眼球稍微向上翻转，从上方也让所要控制的事物的两个影像在两个眼球中显现，然后再次像之前一样看向右边。中观，也就是既非左非右，非上非下，而是正直地看向中间，这就是使之僵硬的姿势本身，也就是双眼看着鼻尖的中间，并专注于所要控制的事物的影像在那里显现。这里说有两种姿势，但对于所说的击倒、控制、吸引、僵硬这四种，在认识等方面，有稍微不同的说法。

From the left side, the image of what is to be controlled appears in both eyeballs, and thus it is controlled. In reality, the mind of attraction and the posture of the two eyes are directed to the right side, and this is attraction itself. Also, the two eyeballs are slightly turned upwards, and from above, the two images of what is to be controlled are made to appear in the two eyeballs, and then again look to the right side as before. Madhyamaka, that is, neither left nor right, neither above nor below, but looking straight at the center, is the posture of making it stiff itself, that is, the two eyeballs look at the center of the tip of the nose, and focus on the image of what is to be controlled appearing there. Here it is said that there are two postures, but for the four said to be striking down, controlling, attracting, and stiffening, there are slightly different ways of explaining in terms of recognition, etc.
