From the moment the realization of wisdom arises, appearance and existence transform into the Great Seal, or the vow seal, with the resultant Dharma and form body becoming one and inseparable. Such wisdom cannot be overcome even by the conceptual thoughts of grasping at self and other, because conceptual thoughts have transformed into non-dual wisdom. The hidden meaning is: touch is earth, moisture is water, movement is wind, warmth is fire, and bliss is space itself. These are one's own body, and the power that exists externally, experiencing the feeling of great bliss through awareness, so there is no harm from the harm of all the former, and in a single moment, one obtains the power not to be overcome in any way, so that the heavens and the human realm underfoot, the world of the nagas, and so on, these three realms, in just a moment, transform into one form of the wisdom of great bliss. The conceptual thoughts of grasping at self and other cannot harm it, because of experiencing co-emergent wisdom. The fourth is: all Vedic tenets, and likewise, activities such as increasing, etc., do not purify existence, and are not accomplishment. Again, one will be born at the end of existence. In this world and the next, without it, there is no accomplishment. Whoever does not know Hevajra, his efforts will become meaningless. Thus it is said. All methods that are external to this special wisdom, such as offerings and sacrifices, protecting existence, poetry, and discourses, that is, the four Vedas and the tenets of various views and practices such as the Shravakas, and likewise, the practice of increasing activities, that is, the practice of wrathful deities such as Yamantaka, and all the ascetic efforts of other action tantras, etc., cannot purify existence from the root, and thus one will not attain the accomplishment of the Great Seal. If existence is not purified, then one will be born again and again from the peak of existence to endless existence. Even having been born in that way, because there is no co-emergent wisdom in this world and the next, and there is no method to realize it, therefore one will not attain the accomplishment of the Great Seal. Therefore, whoever does not understand the union of emptiness and compassion of Hevajra, the supreme yogi
