I should know. The second is: All beings arise from me, the three realms (desire realm, form realm, formless realm) also arise from me, I pervade all this, and I have not seen anything other than the self-nature of beings. As it is said, it is not like the outsiders who believe that everything is created by me and the creator, but it refers to the fact that the nature of the innate, bright and pure mind itself is the nature of the Bhagavan. Therefore, considering this, from the co-emergent self, impure minds arise, namely the eight consciousness aggregates, as well as beings with the realms of body, speech, and mind such as aggregates, realms, and places. From me also arise the three realms of existence: the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm. Therefore, I, the self-nature co-emergent, pervade all stable and changing things. Not only does the Dharma-nature pervade all things that possess Dharma, but also samsara and nirvana are of the same taste in co-emergence. Therefore, the Great Vajradhara has not seen anything other than the self-nature of beings. The 'Immaculate Union Sutra' says: Only the self-nature of wisdom, there is no object of consciousness. This sutra shows that from the emptiness of the co-emergent realm, various appearances of the dependent and the environment manifest. The third is: Thus, after the yogi knows, whoever is extremely accustomed to abiding in equanimity, even a person with little merit can achieve it without any doubt. Eating, drinking, pouring, sleeping, turning over, and thinking, those who desire to realize the Great Seal will be able to realize it from then on. As it is said, thus, all dharmas are of the nature of co-emergence, therefore samsara and nirvana, wisdom and consciousness, etc., are equal in nature. After the yogi realizes and knows, free from the clinging to acceptance and rejection, he abides extremely in the co-emergent suchness, constantly abiding in it, or making it familiar by respecting the two stages and constant practice. Then, even a person who has little merit in this life and is poor in enjoyment, or who is remorseful because of committing the five heinous crimes, etc., can obtain the supreme realization in this life without any doubt. The yogi who possesses the practice of abiding in equanimity, in the subsequent attainment, eats food, drinks beverages, pours, that is, on the body.

The pouring of bathwater, stretching the body on the mattress, relaxing the mind and body, sinking into deep sleep, experiencing dreams, and the sensations of awakening from those states, as well as the sounds of the mind, whenever the mind precedes other actions besides these, if one desires to manifest the siddhi of the Great Seal of the deity's body in the generation stage, or the Great Seal of union in the completion stage, then by becoming skilled through reverence for meditation and continuous practice, then the siddhi will become manifest. The synonym of that word, 'gate,' also includes the meaning of realization, so it will become manifestly realized. This shows the practice of sealing all realms with the Great Seal of Dharma, and the details should be understood from the explanatory tantras such as the Sambhuta. Third, the Great Seal Yoga has four points: the nature of what is meditated upon, how to meditate, the meaning of self-awareness, and the benefits of realizing it. The first point is: Because the mind cannot meditate, all beings should be meditated upon. If all dharmas are fully understood, then meditation itself is not meditation. Thus it is said. The Great Seal of karma and dharma, etc., are fabricated by the mind, therefore, the co-emergent Great Seal transcends the scope of all minds, and is not meditated upon with the signs and concepts of the mind of negation and affirmation, but all beings, etc., the outer vessel and inner contents, are meditated upon as the wisdom of co-emergence, free from elaboration. Thus, if one fully understands the way in which the nature of all dharmas is without self-nature, then the meditation fabricated by the discriminating mind itself is not the meditation of the true meaning. Therefore, by not clinging to the meditator, etc., one meditates on being free from the extremes of elaboration, such as birth. At this time, if one combines the quotations from the explanatory tantra Sambhuta, etc., spoken by Jyangdak Zlawa, and understands the key points, then one can prevent wrong views about the Great Seal and eliminate attachment to mere artificial meditation. The second point is: Whatever is stable or moving, roots, shoots, vines, etc., from the nature of one's own object, one should definitely meditate on the sacred Suchness. These are not the only sacred objects. Thus it is said. The way of Suchness
