And extensively explained in conjunction with that. Fifth, the method of meditating on the six limbs is: First, intensely meditate on black. Second, distinctly meditate on red. Third, meditate on yellow. Fourth, likewise is green. Fifth, the color is blue. Sixth, the body is white. The yogi who meditates on the six limbs, even at the end of joy and detachment, is the same. It is said that in order to abandon the fault of clinging to color in the meaning of equality, it is explained to meditate on the six limbs. That is, first, at the heart of the selflessness mother, from the black Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་), black rays of light emanate, and all that has a basis and what relies on it are intensely meditated as becoming black in the nature of Akshobhya. In the second time, with the light of the red Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་), all are distinctly meditated as becoming red in the nature of Amitabha. Likewise, in the third, meditate on yellow in the nature of Ratnasambhava. In the fourth, meditate on green in the nature of Amoghasiddhi, the same as before. Fifth, the color is blue, the nature of Vajrasattva. Sixth, the body is white, the nature of Vairochana. Thus, the yogi who meditates on the six limbs, in the end, dismantles the colors and gradually gathers into clear light, and at the end of joy and detachment, also arises in the six limbs of reversal, the same as before. Here, when explaining only the meaning of the generation stage, the saying "even at the end of joy and detachment" refers to the fact that there is no co-emergent joy with characteristics other than just below joy and detachment. This is the direct meaning. According to the hidden meaning, first, meditate on the six limbs of color as before. In the end, relying on the inner and outer life force, with the yoga of subsequent dissolution, dismantle the colors and gradually gather them, generating the four joys. At the end of joy and detachment, one-pointedly abide in co-emergent wisdom. Again, when arising from that, also arise in the reverse order as before. Or, as some desire, first, from meditating on the root color black, generate melting bliss through the inner and outer life force. When that joy arises, it becomes red. When bliss is attained, it becomes yellow. When various experiences arise, it becomes green. When thoughts arise, it becomes blue. When free from thoughts, it becomes white. In the end, even if dismantling colors etc. is done, there is no contradiction, this is the definitive meaning. Victorious...
