Excellent! The so-called "outer" refers to the place of gathering, which is where the good ones practice. At that place of gathering, whatever the yogini says, one should act accordingly. Thus it is said. The meaning of this is that because of the blessings of the yoginis, if one can show the response to the signs shown by the wisdom dakinis, then the yogini will say to that man, meaning that she will speak. How will she speak? With the word "Ema," a word of wonder at understanding the secret signs, as a prelude, and then calling "Son, the Great Compassionate One." If one actually shows a garland of flowers, etc., or shows the gesture of holding a garland, it means that one should gather together in the assembly wheel. If the garland is personally handed over, or the gesture of handing it over is made, it means accepting the vow of the mudra, which is a sign of a good practitioner who does not transgress. The place of gathering is called outside of towns, etc., that is, gathering in charnel grounds, etc., or residences and nearby places, etc., which are where good yogis practice. Wherever the yogi has the right to gather together, whatever the yogini says or shows, all should be accomplished. In the secret meaning, the yogini is the central channel, great compassion is the inseparability of the two truths. The garland is the channel of the fifteen yoginis, the hand showing is the inseparability of power and realm. Receiving the vow after handing over is experiencing the wisdom of the inseparability of the two truths. The good practitioner is the one who is not moved by discrimination. Outer is the unobstructed appearance of all phenomena of power and realm. The good practice is the oneness of great wisdom. Gathering is the fusion of red and white bodhicitta. The yogini is the co-emergent bliss and emptiness generated by the thirty-two channels. The action of what is said is to know that all dharmas are manifestations of it. The third (chapter) is divided into three: a brief indication by question and answer, combined with the twelve bhumis, and a detailed explanation of the types of places. The first (part) is divided into two: the question and the brief answer. The first is: "O Bhagavan, where is the place of gathering?" Thus it is said. Vajragarbha (Bodhisattva) calls out: "O Bhagavan, the gathering of heroes and yoginis"

Where is the place where one gathers? Thus he asked. Secondly, the Blessed One said: Place and near place, field and near field, Chandoha (藏文,梵文天城体,chandoha,English literal meaning: meter) and near Chandoha, likewise gathering near gathering, drinking cut near drinking cut, charnel ground near charnel ground. In reply, the Blessed One Heruka briefly explained: The place where heroes and heroines always reside is the place. The near place is where they reside sometimes. The field is where they always enjoy. The near field is where they sometimes enjoy. The Chandoha (藏文,梵文天城体,chandoha,English literal meaning: meter) is where they always bathe. The near Chandoha is where they sometimes bathe. Although the above were explained, the translators translated Chandas (藏文,梵文天城体,chandas,English literal meaning: intention) as intention and Aha (藏文,梵文天城体,āhā,English literal meaning: obtain) as understanding, so they translated it as intention and understanding. Therefore, they always follow the teachings, and sometimes follow and obtain. Similarly, gathering together in the Tsogkhorlo (assembly wheel) is gathering, and sometimes gathering is near gathering. Always abiding in great bliss is drinking cut, and sometimes abiding is near drinking cut. Always abandoning conceptualization is the charnel ground, and sometimes abandoning is the near charnel ground. Here, the meaning of "near" is smaller than the former, like an island and a near island, according to Ngok Lotsawa Shyönnu. Trak Nam Zhap said: It is not good to explain it that way, because the near place etc. are inferior to the place etc. If that were the case, when combined with the earth, the qualities of the second would be inferior to the first earth, and the meaning of adding the word "near" would be reversed. Therefore, the word "near" should be explained as an increase in meaning. Generally speaking, the place where heroes and dakinis reside, and especially where they reside, is the near place etc. If explained according to the inner meaning, it is said that thirty-two bodhicitta flow from the thirty-two main channels. The place where bindu always abides is the place, and the near place is where it sometimes abides. The field is where one enjoys bliss, and the near field is where one sometimes enjoys. The Chandoha is where the realm of washing away conceptualization is mixed, and the near Chandoha is where it is sometimes mixed. The place where bliss and emptiness arise is gathering, and the place where it sometimes arises is near gathering. The place where red and white are mixed is drinking cut, and sometimes
