To be fully consumed, and water should be constantly drunk. One will not be overwhelmed by aging and will be constantly protected. It is said that this is to show the method of consumption mentioned earlier. Medicine, namely the five amṛtas or feces, should be consumed at all times, because it is a medicine that arises from its own nature. Urine should be constantly drunk, thereby preventing the body's energy and strength from declining due to aging, and staying far away from death, not being overwhelmed by them, and constantly being protected from diseases and all evil spirits. The ultimate meaning is that medicine is the essence of the five amṛtas, water is bodhicitta, and reliance binds one to non-leakage. Thereby, the flow of the left and right winds is cut off and enters the central channel, thereby preventing aging and death. The third is to make a headdress from the hair of a thief woman, and place a bone wheel arising from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on it. The five skulls of the five Buddhas should be held with yogic practice. The skull should be made to the size of five fingers, thereby holding the headdress. From the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the hair belt should be wrapped twice. Ashes are worn for the sake of offering hair, and held with the conduct of a yogi. It is said that the rope with which the conduct yogi holds the bone ornaments is also made of the hair strands of a thief woman who has been killed or died of suffocation, and a jewel is tied to the top of the hair bun on the head, and a bone wheel arising from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is placed on it. Slightly below that, various vajras and half-moons are hung, and below that, slightly above the hairline, the five pure skulls symbolizing the five Buddha families are held with the conduct of a yogi. Each Buddha is also symbolized by possessing five wisdoms, and each of the five skulls is made to the size of five fingers, thereby adorning and holding the headdress on the forehead. From the pure nature of skillful means and wisdom, the hair belt made of the hair strands of a thief woman is wrapped twice, and then the ashes of human bones, which are the nature of the pure bodhicitta of Vajrasattva, are smeared. For the sake of offering the mother, it is worn strung with the hair strands of a thief woman, as a necklace of Brahma lines.

It should be held by practicing the means of attainment. The hidden meaning is: The crown is the bliss arising from the root winds, the arising of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) is the Hūṃ syllable at the crown chakra, the five skulls are the five winds completely purified, the hair belt is the white and red bodhicitta, the ashes are the body pervaded by bodhicitta, for the sake of offering, holding the meaning of clear light without conceptualization, is the ultimate definitive meaning, is the purity just spoken of. Fourth is: The sound of the hand drum is recitation, the khaṭvāṅga is the wisdom of meditation, with the practice of the vajra skull cup, these are recitation and meditation. Thus it is said. The definitive meaning of the khaṭvāṅga and so on mentioned earlier is what is said here: The sound of the hand drum is the recitation that satisfies by satisfying the sound of Kṛpati, therefore it is the recitation that breathes the three realms with great bliss, it is the nature of skillful means. The khaṭvāṅga is the representation of the Prajñāpāramitā, it is the meaning of meditating on non-duality, the essence of those two is that the vajra is emptiness and the skull cup cherishes bliss, therefore with the practice of inseparable bliss and emptiness, the khaṭvāṅga and the hand drum are the meaning of recitation and meditation. In the Buddha Skull Tantra it is also said: Named Vajra Buddha, the skull cup truly abides in the secret place. Thus, with the practice of inseparable emptiness and compassion, one will abide in non-proliferation. Fourth, the practice of not transgressing vows and commitments has seven aspects: abandoning perversion, preliminary practices, practice free from conceptualization, prostrating to the guru as the cause of accomplishment, teaching liberation from karmic vows, fearless practice, and the practice of great compassion. The first is: Greed and delusion, fear and anger, the fruit of shame are completely abandoned, having abandoned sleep oneself, practice without doubt. Thus it is said. The yogi who begins to engage in ascetic practice, who has not yet attained any of the three distinctions of minor heat, has great attachment to the enjoyment of the five desirable qualities of outer and inner, is completely deluded by ignorance of the objects of pleasure, pain, and equanimity, and because he has not abandoned the view of inferiority, he is afraid and fearful of non-humans and so on, and does not like
